    你家人真好!皮蛋在中国也有很多人不喜欢!因为它有一股很冲鼻的味道。一定要跟生姜醋酱油香菜葱蘸料一起吃。

    Rachel you should ask them to take porridge with the century egg. By itself it may taste a bit strange to them as they have never been exposed to it. Ask them to visit China for a few weeks.

    We add a little bit of sugar on the egg instead of soya sauce and partner it with pickled ginger (Chinese pink colour ones)

    When you eat this (what you called) 100 year old egg, you should compliment it with a slice of specially prepared (soaked in vinegar) spring ginger (子薑) at the same time. The taste will become even more delicious.

      Yes, pei dan (century egg)
      MUST be eaten wit a slice of pickle ginger or sliced onion.
      Then dip it in thick black soy sauce !!
      It is heavenly' taste !!!
      That's for us as CHINESE. !!

    皮蛋作为辅料才更好吃,比如豆腐,比如米粥,单吃需要醋和酱油去味。
    至于茅台,其实想想五粮液为何并列最知名的白酒,就是因为很多中国人也喝不惯酱香型的白酒,浓香型更柔顺,适合国人口味。

    炒蛋或炒飯也不錯!紅燒或其他重口味的料理也不錯!拿去炸皮蛋也有! 烈酒要冰凍後再喝才不會傷喉!

    哈哈哈,中国之黑暗料理。这个不光要放酱油啊,要1份(勺)生抽,3份镇江醋(一定要有醋配这个啊,酱油可以不要,醋是灵魂),再加点生姜丝或末点缀。

    皮蛋不要买这种黑的,可以买那种黄色流心的松花皮蛋,然后切点青椒丁丁,拌上酱油什么的,这样吃才好吃。我们中国人自己也很少人会直接干吃皮蛋。

    皮蛋吃法不对,搞点嫩豆腐,切点小葱拌一拌,不用老抽用生抽,放一点点陈醋 就很好吃了 我老家湖南不管拌不拌豆腐一般都还要加上辣椒油或者剁辣椒

    皮蛋其实就是蛋白的碱水解成氨基酸了,应该是很美味的不比蓝奶酪差。茅台是一种酱香型的酒,据我孤陋寡闻在欧洲应该没有同样香味类型的酒。好闻但是不一定适合每个喜欢喝酒的人。

    皮蛋≠千年蛋,皮蛋化学原理利用蛋在碱性溶液中使蛋白质凝胶为弹性固体。
    虽然外观糟糕,但皮蛋不是变质食物,实际加工包括腌制时间为二个月,非要老外尝试皮蛋,可拿鸡蛋做的皮蛋(变蛋)外观透明金黄色,口感Q弹味道也容易让人接受。

    第一次吃皮蛋的,最好别吃溏心的,或只吃蛋清,否则很容易咽喉不适...
    没喝过60度烈酒的,应该1:1加冰,等化开后再喝

    老顺德吃皮蛋,冷吃会加白糖和一点米酒,一般都是九江、珠江桥那种双蒸酒,热吃就是拌菜,像辣椒叶、番薯叶、桑叶、豆苗煮好加入皮蛋和生粉水再煮一下,或者是早餐常见的皮蛋瘦肉粥

    Best century eggs are made with duck eggs and sweetened vinegar ginger as accompaniment. That's the best combination I loved the most 😋
