This series is basically "lets go meet old villains / characters and show off how overwhelmingly strong we are".
I think this is the first time in these sort of videos I've seen a couple of the older villains not only get shown how overwhelmingly strong the heroes have become, but flat out got erased from existence... I'm assuming since once you're dead, if you die again in other world, you cease to be. At least, I swore that's been brought up before, like when Kid Buu went to Otherworld and fought a bunch of people who were already dead.
Granted, I've always assumed there's no King Piccolo in Hell because Jr. is his reincarnation, hence why Kami was still around. There's no soul for King Piccolo because it became Piccolo Jr, aka the Piccolo we know. Then again, Kid Buu and Fat Buu became separate entities entirely so who knows.

@@silversoulken if you think about it, Piccolo is bound to Kami. The most logical explanation would be that Piccollo himself is his other half. My take is that he's both a "son" and a new life entirely for King Piccolo as "Piccolo jr" not only carries his father's wishes but also has his memories and connection to King Piccolo's other half.

The legend wanted to take the place of the guardian of the lookout. But the old guardian said he's soul was dark. So the legend split his soul, the good side was kami, the evil side was king piccolo. And the good side which is kami... Took the guardian role. Kami's lookout. King piccolo did his own thing, goku beat him and piccolo came up.

Piccolo is one of the most interesting characters in DBZ. There is alot of mystery that surrounds the history and origins of Namekians. It would be cool to see Piccolo take a journey through some sort of unknown training to gain a new transformation that would put him somewhere near Super Sayain Blue.

I always felt like they should revive king piccolo so he can end up fusing with piccolo. Because he is still the original evil half of the namekian that landed on earth opposite to kami.
True! Piccolo isn't the original half, but his inheritance makes for a decent fill in. One of the video games has this as a story line. Yet in cannon, I don't think ANY of the Humans, or Goku, or current Piccolo would even entertain the idea of reviving him(if he WAS even found to be a separate being), Goku *HATED* him, ( it was hilarious how in this he forgot who he even was!) and none of the later villains, including Vegeta, know, or care about him enough to waste a wish.

King Piccolo being near Namek saga level would still put him at like 2mil which would be a huge increase from where he was in Dragonball
I love all these. Although I'll admit, It surprised me to see Goku okay with Picallo killing the Demon King at the end. I thought he was just going to show him a maximum power-up, not kill him lol. Still loved it though.

In all honesty, the power boost he would get would be very small considering all the things Goku said about King Piccolo.

what about a story of gohan after the Moro arc he realized he needs to be stronger, much stronger to the point of training to obtain the same power as Goku and Vegeta being a SSJ God SSJ Blue but adding his own tweak to it training with piccolo. Now that would be a GREAT story!

Y’all forget that piccolo jr is the reincarnation of king piccolo. They are the same person (same soul). I like to interpret piccolo as an addition to King piccolo’s story. Although this scenario makes no sense, it’s a good story. Also, this is the reason why we have never seen King Piccolo in the otherworld before and why Kami didn’t die when King Piccolo died.

@DualityRbx No, it's not, it's really old and unfunny, Goku isn't a bad dad, he's a good dad and a bad husband, Piccolo almost killed Gohan by putting him to survive by himself for months on a wasteland, he's a father figure and a mentor, not literally his father, Goku will always be Gohan's real father, no matter what you say.
All these comics I've seen lately are all just Goku and Vegeta showing off their powers to past people
This may have been my personal favorite story just above the ultra vegeto one... Just because piccolo Jr so heavily deserves this kind of justice over his sins of his father. So, well done! Thank you for this one.

I LOVED the art direction! The decision to focus on the character and action sequences INSTEAD of the background was pure gold! We, who are at one with dragonball(😆) automatically fill in the background in our minds eye. Kinda like ultra-instinct but for fill-ins art.. 🤔😄. Gave them plenty of time to focus on the artwork itself. Looked f'n great! But I know I wasn't the only one that wanted to see Piccolo fuse with his father, or at least have someone bring up the ancient nameks that are more naturally powerful than both of them, like Guru possibly.💁🏽♂️

Someone should tell him about Vegeta's father. I kind of expected his son killing the guy successfully would come up, and that he's combined with Kami-sama.
Idk who made this comic, but whoever did obviously is not familiar with the fact that Piccolo Jr. Is the reincarnation of the Demon King Piccolo that originally split from Kami. If they were familiar with that fact, then they should have known better than to make a story where Piccolo Jr. meets his father; since Piccolo Jr. is in fact his own father.
Also, how would king piccolo even know hes namekian or of the planet namek? I enjoyed his two other comic of goku meeting his dad and vegeta reviving his father but this one is littered with two many errors.
