But it is bro, now is it clear or clean of accidents? No, it would be “no accidents”… this isnt s rebuilt title even though the insurance would want to total loss it or maybe even go as far as making it a rebuilt title (state will actually). Rebuilt is for when you have frame damage and have to rebuild the frame, this is cosmetic, its body panels, no structural rigidity problems, etc.
It wouldnt be an issue if he replaced the fenders for aftermarket rocket bunny would it? Same concept even if its a bad panel.

@@ogdoprahI got hit head on, Recieved a broken femur. Insurance had to pay my car. Damages and a lot of other stuff and my insurance pitched in to help as well with treatments and my policy didn’t go up
