Star of the Show | Ellie Kildunne voted Guinness Women's Six Nations Player of the Championship

- England and Harlequins full-back Ellie Kildunne has been crowned the 2024 Guinness Women’s Six Nations Player of The Championship, after a shortlist of the competition's standout players was put to a fan vote.
Kildunne claimed 38% of the 32,240 votes in this year's record-breaking fan vote, which registered over double the number of people having their say.
Kildunne topped this year's Championship statistics leaderboard in five categories breaking four records in the process. The 24-year-old Red Rose finished top try scorer with ten, highest meters carried (869.3), highest meters gained (677.5) and line breaks (13). She capped these incredible stats off with three Guinness Player of the Match awards against Italy, Scotland, and the penultimate game at Twickenham against Ireland, where she scored a hattrick.

A great player who has morphed into an exceptional player with this tournament. She's fast, feisty, strong and determined in both attack and defence. She wants to be the best in the world? Well, on current form, I think she's certainly up there with the best and playing with the best team in the world. Congratulations!

Absolutely well deserved and rightly so, a phenomenal enigma. We need now in this country the Ellie Kildunne effect and make her the front and centre of Rugby Union in this country.
Ironically, I think the fact she's passing and kicking more is why she was such a threat this year.

As far as I’m concerned, she’s already proved that she’s the Best Player in the World. Every time she gets the ball, she’s capable of making something out of nothing - whether it’s scoring herself or creating chances for others.
What a player. The power and motivation drives her to that try line EVERY SINGLE TIME!! Me and my team look up to what a player she is. This girl is undoubtedly the best woman’s player and arguably could put up a fight to most of the men. As she says, Lukewarm is no good! 🤠🤠
