Excellent video. I'm with eXp and not really getting much work due to the time I'm putting into my first career (Cybersecurity). I may change to Fathom. I just joined a team at eXp. Hopefully things pickup. Thanks!!!
@@ezeamadirealtor I switched back in May. You have to go with a brokerage that fits what you are trying to accomplish. Since I have a full time job that I enjoy, real estate is a service that I provide to my sphere of influence. With eXp's 20%, I had to ask myself what was I getting for that 20%. God forbid you get on a team, that's another percentage. Always ask the question "is what I'm paying worth what I'm getting in return and is it worth it?". eXp had a lot of different conveniences and services that I was not using and did not need.
So much has changed since you did this. Splits, brokerage ratings and Real changed their name. I’m with Fathom after leaving being a top producer for another firm. EXP was not a fit for me.

The more transactions the more Fathom wins - the revenue share only benefits those who have a large team to start with or are very good at recruiting - this guy is recruiting for EXP - KvCore is overrated, FU Boss is much better and has many integrations
Not really. One thing he doesn't mention is when you reach the transaction cap at EXP ($5000) you become an ICON agent and are awarded 16,000 worth of stocks. There is also a discount purchase option to buy stocks on each closing. Plus if you do sponsor only 6 agents that cap you would earn an additional $16,800...also wiping out your cap. It's an extremely powerful model.
@@bryanedwardsrealestateserv906 Transaction cap is at $16,000 plus you need 20 more transaction @ $250 each to become an ICON agent, so you need 36 transactions with an average commission of $5000 per sale - the trouble with recruiting is even the above average agent is not going to recruit 6 agents - they are lucky to recruit 2-3
Recommend also checking out your local HomeSmart in your area - 100% model + Rev share (for those building teams), tons of value for money ! (tech, platform, training, etc.)

Why do you think the brokerage is the issue if you’re not making time for your business?

seems like youre focused on cybersecurity more than real estate which would not be the fault of the brokerage you belong to

Unfortunately, no. You could possibly sell those deals to other Fathom agents who are investors.
