In most of the schools teachers salary is between 10K-20K and they handle 200-500 students in a day with their parents complaints and school management, that's the side which students and their parents never see. Issue is with the schools owners who are making real money.
Everyone need money for family, if school can't pay them better than they will obviously focus on private tuitions.
You are absolutely right man.. school Teachers in India are just fulfilling formality some teachers don't even attend duty but earns 1 lakh rupees per month. So it's better to close .Main sad reality is that nursery kindergarden kids are also preferring coaching. No need to do this. I hope 2023 new education system will bring change in India.
Me too a tuition teacher.. Previously I was a school teacher too.. But, in that school I found none other than me who was serious about students' future.. Rather they were interested in getting money into their pockets.. I complained about it.. But got the reply of being arrogant.. So, I resigned from there.. Now I give tuitions not because I want to be rich but because what I have learnt I must provide it to the society and help in creating brilliant persons..

What I've experienced is that it's all a vicious circle. The level of school education going down is a result of students taking school classes & teachers lightly due to coachings. As a result there's apathy among schools & the teachers take less interest as well due to the lack of interest from majority students.
School college teachers are also good and well qualified.

I didn't joint coaching classes last year and I scored 95% in board exams. And I joint cricket club and became a district level cricket player. It is not necessary to take coaching for scoring high. The main motive of tuitions is student should score good marks instead of giving them knowledge.

We have to bring some changes in our teaching system.Instead of 8 periods,there should be only 4 periods with 4 subjects only.Then teacher can get more duration for each subject.Then only along with teaching, doubt clearing can be taken place.

I'm from Chhatisgarh and studying 10. still didn't go for coaching or tuitions. I love my school and my teachers, whatever doubts come to my mind I write it in the notebook and then ask the teachers I hate to go to the tuitions.
Though I'm not the topper of the class I'm self-confident that I can do anything.
क्योंकि आप इंग्लिश मीडियम स्कूल में पढ़ाई करती है। और हमारे जैसे शुरू से ही सरकारी स्कूलों में पढ़ते हैं। उनके हाल कैसे है पढ़ कर पता लग जायेगा। मेरे 10वी में 50% 12वी में 52% । आप जैसे के तो 90% से नीचे का कोई मतलब नहीं।

In school if a child goes for 8-10 hrs
Then there is no more study of 3-4 hrs
But in coaching there is no time pass
One goes for 5-6 hr and study for most of it🙄

Sometimes we try to ignore less needed things or just adjust without it.Still we 😊life is going on
