- Power Book 2 Ghost Season 4 Episode 2 is close by and with that, Power Ghost Starz have officially released the season trailer for Power Book 2 Ghost, where we can piece together some clues, especially around the direction Tariq St Patrick seems to be heading in terms of what path he's chosen. Something Tommy warned him of in Season 3 was to pick a lane of either a civilian or a gangster, a path that it seems like he's finally chosen, the gangster life. However, how does he plan on making that real money he speaks of? How does he plan to get back on his feet after falling from grace and having to work a normal job in Power Ghost?

The way I see it: Tariq is using Law 17: Keep others in suspenseful territory; cultivate unpredictability.
Law 23: Concentrate your forces. And Law 25: Recreating himself as an apex predator.
To be honest, Tariq is way different compare to what he was a couple seasons back. Embracing something he despises the most. He’s gonna need to survive against the battle against Noma, The Tejadas, among others that cross him. All I can tell him is good luck.
Good thing this is a show so he has plot armor/luck.

I feel like Tariq might use Anya as a way for him to have security because she already lost her father, noma doesn’t want her to know what she does for a living and Anya’s already starting to question her so her new boyfriend being murdered all of a sudden might drive her to the point where she finds out the truth about her mother and walks away from her completely

Lowkey I understand why Tariq did that to his dad. He is becoming his father which we hate about him. We understand why someone will kill him. We understand that if he does have a kid and hid his life and who he was. That kid could turn out like him and maybe end his life. If I’m being objective Tariq is like ghost he is ghost it’s implanted in his DNA and mannerisms just 20 years younger. It’s understandable why someone even family would kill them. I feel like Tariq might be in a similar position to raq in season 3 of raising kanan where she wanted out of the game and then got back in except it won’t take him that long to get back in because last episode he said being a normal college student sounded good and episode two he’s gonna get a taste of that and either something or someone will force back in or he’ll come to the conclusion that civilian life isn’t for him but either way he’ll be back in the game by the end of the episode

I don't think Effie has been on the inside from the beginning, the previous exclusive clip breakdown tells us she was always against Tariq but had a change of heart once the dust kind of settled. But, I do think she'll work with Tariq at some point or help him in some way now

dude i know all that but it was never said by the showrunner you’re speculating plus Power never has less then 10 episodes… except for the first season of OG power… and a 2 month break doesn’t even make sense.. realistically part 1 it’s probably going to be 10 episodes but they want people like you to think it’s going to be five so you could talk about it and there’s prob gonna be a break around episode 8-9 which would be season would end Aug16 and a 2 week break would happening then Part 2 starts…

This is the point when I reached the peak of my hatred for this greedy lecherous bastard named Davis. To be very honest, he must be amongst the most shocking characters Power has ever created because he is legally representative of the Justice system of the United States and he's taken an oath to the constitution as its officer. He is able to become a lawyer though he is a criminal by history and family, PS he fantasizing about killing an innocent character like Lauren just because she's been put in a position by Tariq, Brayden and Cane's reckless actions on Stansfield. Besides from this, everyone knows the dirty and unethical things David has done while representing Tariq. I used to think that Cane was the worst character in this season, but I'm unsurprisingly it is Davis because not only is he using the facade of the justice system to shield himself, but he also has no remorse whatsoever in expressing the need to kill someone innocent. Davis McLean's unethical and outrageous actions make Cooper Sax look like a true hero, although he was dirty too
