@@Ben.A-Mella she said in the video that they found out the tumor was benign - this means it wasn't cancerous or life threatening (at least not yet). We can assume he's ok then. :)
@@wowokthenbruh Hi! WOW. I wrote this comment on my way from the gym, and couldn't expect it to receive that much of thumbnails and especially a comment from Alexi's relative. May be Pat could join us?

You have no idea how much I needed this video right now. The parallel of what’s going on in my life right now and what you were going through during the time you were in Japan is striking. I’m constantly wondering and worrying about if I’m going to find ‘the one’ and I literally was just sobbing about my fathers declining health when I decided to go onto RUclips to distract myself for a little while and this is the first video that pops up on the home page. I’m so happy your father is okay and that you found your person, thank you for sharing thus with us. This honestly gives me so much hope.
I went to Japan and I completely fell in love with the country. I truly admire the culture, the history, and the people. The trains are all in great condition, everyone is so kind, the culture is fascinating, and the food is amazing. I started learning Japanese after I went two years ago and I hope to live there for a little one day. If you ever have the opportunity to go to Japan, go, because you won't regret it at all.
My husband and I always wanted to go to Japan since the first time we met. We lost his sister to stomach cancer a few months ago which sparked us to finally book out trip to Japan. We just got back and it was an amazing experience. Life is short so enjoy every moment you can.♥️
I usually don't comment but on this one I had to. Such an awesome story, so happy for how your dad is cancer free and how you were able to find true love and not just found it but actually act on it! Favorite video ever.
What a brilliant story! We went to all those places in Kyoto too, so we really understood your story. What a strong character you are and you're very inspirational.
Awwww!!!You made me cry. My mother was also sick from complications from diabetes. She passed away on October 21st of 2018.She developed chronic kidney disease and a rare blood cancer. As a result of her refusing to get dialysis. She was a woman of Jesus Christ. We grew up Methodist.I'm glad that you found love and my sincerest condolences for the loss of your dad.Praying for you and your family. Beautiful story.
I initially did say that but it didn't feel like a realistic tip as not everyone could afford to go to Japan. So I wanted to go with believing in love because that's something we can all do even though it can be hard to do.
Congrates! from Japan. But please make it sure that you've got hapiness is not just because you came to Japan, you became very positive by yourself and tried to get your life better. It's your effort. You made your life so happy by yourself. Hope you keep your life so happy for ever and visit Japan again with your husband together.

Queenwith5000subs Star I bought my round trip tickets to Tokyo for $716. Had to buy them 1 year in advance to get that deal though and we leave in May 2019 😁
This year i went to my first solo trip to Japan. It was amazing, I learned to be social and I met so many amazing people. Almost everyday I hung out with new friends. With Japanese people, travellers, even a couple who owns a café in rural Japan. It was amazing to meet so many strangers and make memories. I also learned to have fun by myself. To just go out and enjoy spending a whole day doing whatever I wanted. I can't wait to go back in a few years.
Was feeling fine, I swear! Then watched this video & cried SO HARD through the whole thing!!! I don't even understand what happened with my emotions :-P
My step mother has stage 4 colon cancer. She's only 48. Last week we finally went to Paris and London, we all prayed for her to be cured and we lit candles in Notre Dame and Westminister Abbey. 2 days after we got home she had a PET scan. All of the tumors in her liver were gone, now she only has 1 left in her colon and she might be having illeostomy reversal surgery in a few weeks!!! Im not a spiritual person but wow.
Damn... The speed and desperation of that rebound though... Glad the dad is okay, I hope your relationship can last, it seems to have had a 'fling' start and those are hard to keep going long term so best of wishes to you and yours!
Anyone else found it odd that she went to a Shinto Buddhist temple & prayed to a Judeo-Christian God? If you believe that's what saved your father's life then perhaps it's time to convert from Baptist to Buddhist.
So if you pray to God at Walmart, Walmart saved your dad? You pray to whoever, wherever. When Spanish colonizers forced Christianity on Maya people, sometimes they'd hide their idols inside Christian crosses and pray to them inside Christian churches. Where you pray doesnt matter, a church or a temple is just a place. It's what you believe that matters.
Lol. You make a good point. I took my shoes off and followed other customs depending on the temple. So I wasn't like "YO GOD you hear me up here?" Haha! Definitely tried to remain respectful.
I thought it was weird too, but then I realized she’s just progressive. It’s so much better to be open to other cultures than being super conservative and denying everything that’s not in the Bible. I know a few American missionaries in Japan, and I’m kinda scared of them. They HATE shrines and temples. One of them even said she once pretended praying at a shrine out of pressure, and she suffered so much from that huge sin she committed.
Just the video I needed. Going through a rough time. Got myself tickets to Tokyo aswell. Im here now, went to sensoji shrine and got a good fortune after making a wish for happiness. I started crying right there. Now only two days left here, wish I could find true love too 😝
