- Writer's cramp starts as soon as the activity begins - writing or another activity like typing, sewing, playing sports, musical instruments. It is due to focal dystonia and not merely muscular fatigue. It affects muscular control and coordination of the hand.

Maam cannot we come out of it totally please?
Madam my doc told me to take botox injection, is this curable mam
Botox helps in relaxing the muscles but the effects in writer's cramp are not well established.
Should we rest our hand or fingers frequently or just continue our daily activities
Hello
Rest should be balanced with activities that lead to focal dystonia.
Initially i had only writers cramp, now problem also happening while typing,, what should I do now?
Hello
Kindly follow the exercises mentioned in the video. I also have videos on hand therapy that can help you.
@@therapywithdrprabhjot its not the problem with the hand in writer's cramp,, actually the brain lost its cordination with the hand sending wrong messages to the hand resulting in involuntary hand and finger movement
