I learned about this in an Organizational Behavior class is college. It was an interesting class, but this concept stuck with me the most. I dug through some notes and was reminded of the specific terminology so I could stumble upon this video! The only problem I've had since that class is that I can no longer blame anyone but myself for my own issues...
I sometimes fell like im biased cause im biased. 😂 We need to respect our cognitive boundaries as well and see our thoughts what are they telling. It is not about 12 biases but sometimes we just need to see things as it si.
