    i try every single program and i cannot make a SINGLE surface from model i get polylines and i cant join them. it is possible to make single surface with this program?

    In version 5.0.54, the mesh is very uneven and far from what is shown in the video. On other models, the grid is exactly the same, i.e. completely uneven. Here is an example of what happens: i.imgur.com/pMtuWv1.jpg

      And what is the problem with your reporting? The bigger question is - why do you need single surface? What are you going to use this for? Or it is just a nice wish to have a single surface? If you take a look at NURBS theory, probably you can find more information about the capabilities and limitations of modelling with nurbs.

      @ahmednahdi4810 I don’t know of any software that can generate a single surface from such objects. Perhaps you can check powermill if it requires a single surface only. Or you may check other software. MasterCAM doesn't have these issues.
