Yes youll need irig/interface to input and output your guitar to your ipad/pc to the amp/headphone. But to control the effects on your ipad/pc with the footswitch it can connect wirelessly.

@classandrey5273, thank you for your comment. If you were able to connect it to your iPhone, it is quite the same connecting to your iPad. Try unpairing it and forgetting the Chocolate on your iPhone, then try pairing it with your iPad. I had a similar problem, when the Chocolate footswitch is on the list of Bluetooth devices on my iPhone, my iPad 6th Gen cannot detect it. I had to "forget the device" on my phone. This problem went away, though, after several OS updates. hope this helps.
How do you change the bank without getting one of the 2 footswitch values you pressed as well? Im struggling with that. It changes the bank but it sends the value of one of the switches after that. Thanks great video!

@magzn, thank you for your question. The CubeSuite app is needed to connect the iPad to the footswitch via bluetooth, and to configure the MIDI assignments to the switches. Yes, you can operate the footswitch while charging through its USB-C port. You may connect the USB cable to a powerbank, so you can still be mobile. Thanks for asking.

How can you connect between m vave and PC by not using Bluetooth but use jack line instead in case the distance is far from the pc. By the way how long the distance that the signal is ok for using. Thanks for your answer.
@Ice_Passawee, you can connect the USB Type-C port of the M-Vave to your PC using a USB type-C to type-A cable. With regards to bluetooth distance, I get disconnected in just 6 feet when using my laptop, but it's quite far when using my iPad...probably 20 meters or more.

Nice! Have the CubeSuite detect the pedal via bluetooth, choose from the different control configurations, then you are good to go and control the music apps (that have MIDI learn feature) on your phone.
@annepaloma6915, pwedeng ma configure ang A at B to control different parameters, so you can separately switch them both to ON, both OFF, or ON/OFF separately. Kung apakan mo ng sabay both A & B switches, it will trigger the virtual "E" switch. Same din pag sabay apakan ang C & D, the virtual "F" switch will trigger. Hope I answered your question. Thanks for your comment. In this video, I switched to different banks by stepping on footswitches C & D at the same time (bank up) or footswitches A & B simultaneously (bank down). I'll test this with an expression pedal once I get one.
Hi, @jonathassantos8463, by setting up CubeSuite to control CC's, you can toggle the individual effect on/off in one bank. I recently got an expression pedal and it works on this footswitch.
Hi guys My 5 M-Vave chocolate devices are on “custom keyboard mode” through Cube Suite app. However, once I want to change them into “custom control” mode for my different needs I can do that via Cube Suite however when I close the M-Vave Devices the changes were not saved at all. And devices still re-opened in “custom keyboard mode”. Is there any way to fix that problem reset M-Vave devices etc.? I really need to use them in custom control mode. Many thanks Cem
@mehmetcemsolak4580, thanks for your comment. Have you tried updating your Cub Suite app? Normally, the app would open in the mode it was on when you closed it. So if you open the Cube Suite app, set it mode to Custom control, close the app, the next time you open it, it will be in Custom control mode. Did I answer your question?

Hi @adikaramaulana1184, @nastynotes2174, Tonebridge currently has no MIDI mapping feature so you can't control it with this footswitch. A workaround may be to load Tonebridge to one channel strip of Audiobus or AUM, then set up your MIDI mapping in Audiobus/AUM.
@CookieAguilar, I don't have Guitar Rig, pero sa tingin ko gagana naman po kung merong MIDI Learn function ang Guitar Rig software mo. In my case, nagagamit ko ang M-Vave with my laptop running a guitar pedal/amp simulator na included sa Mainstage. Hope this helps.

This will toggle on and off ang mga pedals na ginawa mo sa Scene. Finally, MIDI Learn mo ang bawat scene button sa BiasFx by tap and hold the button, select MIDI Learn, then step on the foot switch.
