how to solve CS4 water cap can not be unscrewed

When turning ,instead of opening, it turns the whole assembly. How to fix this?
The problem is rare. we have confirmed the reason was assembly problem before.
The water tank cylinder was not screwed firmly.
Follow this video, use tool to fix the cylinder, you can unscrew the cap.
then screw the cylinder firmly . It will solve.
