Thankfully l rarely do any wiring jobs. I wouldn't be seen dead with nail polish but enamel paint can be bought here in the UK in small tins for little money.

Nail polish works well in a pinch to seal a hole in a wire. For example you used a piercing probe on a wire but you're out of liquid tape.

Nail polish, paint pens, sharpies...
Nail polish is great for taper evidence! A little dab on the nut and threads... You'll know if someone has messed with it 👍
