It sounds cheesy but Connor McGregor has been a huge inspiration to me in my new life and career. I'm now working harder than ever, can visualize the struggle and the rewards and picture the path i need to be on. Putting negative thoughts away and thinking positive and removing doubt by working hard and enjoying it. I watch his stuff, read his quotes all the time to keep me inspired. I can understand if you're not a fan of him but some people seem to just hate a successful man and thats more their problem than Connors.
Melissa Mullin he seemed like a really nice guy. It's so nice to see celebrities like Conor going out of their way to make people happy like that. That guy will cherish that memory forever.
#2 "Carry On"... Love this rule. Not only with our wins, but with our losses as well. It can be so easy to get distracted by our past. Wallowing in our failures or being enamored with our victories. I wonder how many people have lost the opportunity to live their desired future because they were too busy living in their past. Keep up the good work Evan. Keep inspiring people!

This guy is awesome. I would say Be Grateful is my favorite rule. When you are grateful for the small things things, the big things will follow. This guy is a true Champion

Great video guys! Thought I'm not much of a fan of MMA, I do respect the discipline ,hard work and training these athletes put into their art forms. Of Conor's Top 10, no. 7 Gratitude resonated most with me. It's something I practice daily and each day I write down in my note book, 5 things I'm grateful for. In my opinion, it's one of the most important elements of success. Expressing gratitude shifts our consciousness from sparsity and lack of, to abundance and wealth. #7 - Be Grateful. I was always told "what goes around comes around." by being grateful for what you have, it opens you up for things that are even better.
this is what you do... you do the job that pays well to fuel what it is you love to do... I for example. . work so I can pay for equipment for the things I enjoy doing. . it will motivate you to keep working so you can afford that trip you always wanted, or that rock climbing gear, or that new sketch pad for art etc etc... while you work be thinking of ways to improve your situation. Hard work is good. .. Work to live and you will live to work.. atleast until we find a better system. . but for now this is what we have to work with
Alex Beberman I'm kind of in the same boat. I have a degree in graphic design but i really want to create my own universe and tell stories kind of like the walking dead. It's so hard to make a living doing that unless your idea takes off which is very rare. This video makes me want to go after it anyway tho

I saw that last fight against Mendes when I went to a bar with my friend to celebrate his birthday. I was actually rooting for Mendes (I had no idea who either of them were, just wanted to make things interesting while we watched the fight). "People only do their best at things they truly enjoy."-Jack Nicklaus Thanks for the video Evan. I really saw an echo of this Nicklaus quote in McGregor's rule #1 which is to love what you do. I believe that people achieve the most when they love what they do-when they do things in themselves without thinking about what it can bring them(ex. work to become rich). Instead we must focus on serving others and the money and lifestyle can come by with that hard work and effort. This idea ties in to McGregor's rule #3 which is to Have Courage to Speak Up: thinking alone will not get results. It is necessary to visualize deeply and then take action to turn vision into reality. This ties into rule #2:Carry On because even if actions taken to turn visions into reality come across failure, we must learn and move on to the next opportunity with wisdom. Thanks again, Evan!

+zack downey are you not understanding? Or are you new to mma and the UFC it's been known Dana white doesn't pay his fighters good because he's greedy. Conor was pulled out by Dana because he wanted him to do all these promotions and other media stuff that will take time away from his training camp and they won't be pay inh him or Nate any money . Conor didn't show up beacuse Dana white doesnt want him to figth since Conor doesn't want to do all the media b.s he wants to fight with a training camp and no disturbances Dana wants Conor as a cash cow to make him some money as always Conor wants to figth and since Dana is the one who makes it happen he pulled him out. But I'm sure there will be a Nate vs Conor 2 in the future no doubt
As a person who has struggled with cancer for years and finally beat it , i wanna say that this dude , no matter how cocky , no matter how crazy , actually helped me. Being fast , being strong , none of that matters. Conor has the mind-set of a champion , and nothing can top that.
I started boxing at 13 as well and i love to learn other mix martial arts i just need to get my life intact from living don't think i have it easy I'm very poor however most importantly he said to was to have courage disregard those who even claim to be better on anything from you on mental faith and health stability i have always focus to be grateful of being myself with pride not be that person what everybody like to be just to fit in i prefer want to be described different don't matter humble and be a man thats feel great that i did something in my life
Conor is so damn positive and such a humble guy. He dresses properly, cares for his team, has a motivated mind and is loyal to his gf from the beginning. he truly deserve success
Have the courage to speak is my favorite tip. Because in the past if I am pursuing a goal or achieve something I have been quiet about it. But seeing his career, it seems better to do some self promotion.
my favorite is #1 or #6 it's hard to decide but Conor McGregor is a person I look up to I'm just about to start my MMA career my name is Brandon matlock look out for that name in the near future in the UFC

Thanks for the video Evan. I really saw an echo of this Nicklaus quote in McGregor's rule #1 which is to love what you do. I believe that people achieve the most when they love what they do-when they do things in themselves without thinking about what it can bring them(ex. work to become rich). Instead we must focus on serving others and the money and lifestyle can come by with that hard work and effort. This idea ties in to McGregor's rule #3 which is to Have Courage to Speak Up: thinking alone will not get results. It is necessary to visualize deeply and then take action to turn vision into reality. This ties into rule #2:Carry On because even if actions taken to turn visions into reality come across failure, we must learn and move on to the next opportunity with wisdom.

Conor was pulled out by Dana because he wanted him to do all these promotions and other media stuff that will take time away from his training camp and they won't be pay inh him or Nate any money . As a person who has struggled with cancer for years and finally beat it , i wanna say that this dude , no matter how cocky , no matter how crazy , actually helped me. Being fast , being strong , none of that matters. Conor has the mind-set of a champion , and nothing can top that.

I started boxing at 13 as well and i love to learn other mix martial arts i just need to get my life intact from living don't think i have it easy I'm very poor however most importantly he said to was to have courage disregard those who even claim to be better on anything from you on mental faith and health stability i have always focus to be grateful of being myself with pride not be that person what everybody like to be just to fit in i prefer want to be described different don't matter humble and be a man thats feel great that i did something in my life
Conor is so damn positive and such a humble guy. He dresses properly, cares for his team, has a motivated mind and is loyal to his gf from the beginning. he truly deserve success
Have the courage to speak is my favorite tip. Because in the past if I am pursuing a goal or achieve something I have been quiet about it. But seeing his career, it seems better to do some self promotion.
He has so much passion that you can see it in every kick and punch he throws.
