So true for marvel legends collectors. I started collecting during the pandemic when most collectors are selling them cheap and now I almost have all the figures except for those super expensive. this line never ends. But the joy it brings to us is what is important. nice setup as well.
nice. Only Lot I got cheap was my masterverse collection. Every other figure I got I paid retail.... here in Canada Marvel legend figures retail for 35.99 its pretty much $40 CAD a figure after sales tax.... it gets expensive. there are a bunch I got on clearance for $17.50 a figure but 85% of them I paid retail smh.. and some of the older legends I paid eBay late tax pricing smh. I'll make another update video soon. I added 50 figures since this video... and more coming....
You are 100% correct my friend you can’t have them all unless your parents are really rich and you don’t have to work. As I got older, I started appreciating the stuff that I had a lot more as well as buying and selling, which I never did when I was younger. Take some time once in a while to look over your stuff it should make you feel good when you first bought your favorite collectibles. You got a great collection and I’ll probably watch this video real four more times! I’ll send it out to a couple friends as well. Great collection, my friend!
Thanks 🙏. Ya I slowed down buying figures significantly. Yes now I just enjoy and appreciate what I have now instead of chasing figures I don’t need. Hasbro keeps remaking the same characters over and over too. This goes with TF masterpiece too. It’s like a never ending upgrade cycle… I won’t fully stop collecting but I’ll definitely think twice before impulse buying everything. And yes I ain’t rich nor my family is rich. I work my butt off to afford collecting. I work multiple jobs (high paying jobs though) but I’m getting old and I’m at the point where I want to work less. Not more… 😂
Yup if you followed me on instagram my first instagram post buying my very first action figure was Jan 5, 2023. The other day I counted how many figures I currently have. I have 872 on display… I’ll post an update video near new years as my last updated video I posted had 750 figures and that was barely a month ago 🤦♂️

Thanks and ya I already added around 50 figures to this collection ever since I made this video tour. I started collecting Masterverse too smh. Now I don't collect masterpiece as much anymore cuz just waiting for new releases to come out for missing characters I need for my MP collection. MP comes out slow so I have more funds on spending on action figures... lol
Mcfarlane dc multiverse are great alternative for dc. Well but in my opinion mattel dc universe classics still has the greatest representation of the dc line but they are so much expensive nowadays u can buy 4-5 mcfarlane figures for the price of one mattel dcuc
Thanks. I wont move because I was born and raised here. My whole family is here. I also use to live in Asia for 4 years and lived on my own for 20+ years. Then I moved back to my home city 7 years ago to take care of my Mother because she’s completely alone now after my father passed 7 years ago and she’s getting old. So no one is here to take care of her. I’m 47 this year and living with her and I have no shame in doing so. Perks no mortgage no rent expense lol. My career and life is here. Yes Canada is expensive but we’re not the only ones having an inflation crisis. Lol

Ya everything so expensive outside of USA… we do have clearances here and there but mostly on non popular figures… $17.50 is the cheapest I seen marvel legends figures get cleared at 50% off. No where near $5.99 usd clearances… we also pay double the price for exclusives easily. Harder to get for us compared to down there… oh wells it is what it is…
I spent about $40k CAD in a year on action figures. If I was collecting down in the states this collection probably would of only costed me $13k-$15k at most 😂
@@TFtoysAddict Damn that's crazy... but I'm not surprised....Ive kept up with Canadian politics over the years .. especially since they practically became a TOTAL dictatorship during lockdowns ... with police enforcing CURFEWS in Montreal & shutting down Churches mid sermon on Sunday mornings.. But the the worst ongoing thing that Trudeau AKA Fidel Castro Jr has done is impose a damn CARBON TAX.. which is causing MASSIVE inflation.. gasoline & grocery prices are going thru the roof.... because obviously if gas prices go up...then it's more expensive for trucks to bring food to supermarkets..who have a LESS than 1% profit margin..& Trudeau decides to DEMONIZE the GROCERY STORES..as if their GREED is why food prices are going up.. make it make SENSE 🤡 As far as action figures & anything made of plastic is going to get more expensive because petroleum is involved in making them. .but to have Canada piling even MORE taxes as, well as trying to SHUT DOWN Canada's OWN Fossil Fuel industry... which makes gas prices even WORSE.. Alright I'm done with my rant...lol.😂 but its crazy how much MORE expensive everything is.. especially on things that they probably consider NON essential ..but they probably justify it by claiming that's the price to pay for "FREE" health care.. 700 figures at an average of $24.99 (assuming you're in the US) is close to $17.5k in just 10 months and since that is just Hasbro figures with McFarlane and others being more, not to mention I see 2 Haslabs. Dude, that's over $1500 a month... plus you also collect Transformers!? And here I thought my G.I.Joe Classified and Gargoyles collection was excessive since starting in May. I don't even know you and I'm concerned for you. 😬
I don't live in the US. I live in CANADA. Marvel Legends here retail at $36.99 CAD. Also I've been collecting Transformers Masterpiece for 10+ years. I don't collect as much Masterpiece cuz I pretty much have every G1 character that's been released in Masterpiece scale only characters I'm missing is the ones they haven't made yet. So I don't spend as much money on Transformers since I'm not chasing characters anymore. So basically means more money for action figures lol.

Retail prices of $35.99 before tax for a marvel legends figure 🤦♂️ it’s like $40 a figure after tax… I think I spent almost $30k on my action figure collection so far… I have about 25-30 Bandai SHF’s and almost a dozen MAFEX figures and those aren’t cheap here. Average $100-$150 each depending on what character… my advice is if you don’t live in the USA don’t collect 🤣

My collection is a bit more refined then yours, yet at 700, 6 inch ish figures would be close if not a bit more then me, in total. I started collecting mega Construx otherwise I would have you beat. The 6 inch knees fail all the time, I hated coming into my room with half of the shelve knocked itself over, I have become a in box collector, no time to open right now. Working on a bloks movie stop motion
