For those wondering why I didn't try to solve that cube after I dropped it: The way that I dropped it left me with basically zero idea of what orientation the cube ended up in, sitting on the table. So at that point I would theoretically have a 1 in 24 chance of guessing the correct orientation. And on top of that, I dropped it in the middle of a non-intuitive alg that almost completely relies on my muscle memory to perform it, so I would have had to somehow remember the exact move I was on when I dropped it, hope that I didn't make any extra incorrect moves when dropping it (which I actually had), and then perform the remainder of the alg with my muscle memory completely interrupted. The far better choice in this scenario is the one that I made: immediately ditch the cube and keep going, which gave me time to try to remember the 3 edge algs needed for the cube I had set aside. While I didn't end up remembering them, I have a much better chance at something like that than fixing the dropped cube, and fixing the dropped cube would have gave me basically no time to try to recall the other one.
I hadn't noticed the two twisted corners during the attempt and thought it was just a +2, that one was more heartbreaking for me since I thought there had just been two unsolved cubes
@@dylpicklecubes8234 yeah this^^ i DNFed 3 cubes (i.e. at least 2 moves from solved) and 2 other cubes were off by just 1 move, so that made the total time for this attempt recorded as 1 hour + 4 seconds

Seeing this right after I finished my attempt (which missed wr by a narrow 50 points) was heartbreaking
(lol)

Your consistency of getting good attempts is getting crazy good! WR soon!
Extremely tragic :(
But thank you for recording my 27/30 attempt - time for some dnf analysis based on the ~5 pixels I can discern
lmao no problem
Best song ever
Sooo unfortunate, still really cool result !
that was unforunate dudeee, I tend to also drop my cube while doing that parity alg
Oof, so close but not quite, you’ll get it next time man

yeah and bashy jumpscared me by holding up two fingers at me right when i took the blindfold off lmao, then shortly after he found the 2twist DNF
It’s still really impressive I’m still learning one cube blind filded
I hate to say it, but I think a king size burrito would have helped the night before.
Dang u right :(
Huge Congrats
Wait that's unfair, he wore the blindfold throughout the entire memo.
You will get 64/64 next time!!!
Onno excellent attempt nonetheless!
:”(( Next time!!!!
next time wr
I use op in mbld and i always struggle trying to remember wich cubes have parity, any tips?
So close
:(((( 60+ Soon™ hopefully
69/69 by 2069 plz
Wr soon
How do you count +2s on mbld?
By adding 2 seconds lol
:(
So if it's off by 1 move it doesn't count? For some reason I thought you just added 2 seconds to the time.
You do add 2 seconds none of the cubes that didn’t count were 1 move off
