And a good truncheon, this iron one sucks, at level 50 you can have a steel truncheon crafted by a good slaver and by adding a mod on it you could knock down that Janos in 10 seconds. The mod on the truncheon is absolutely needed , with it even a basic truncheon can become very effective.
I believe that a cleaver is the best tool to harvest horns. That first fight with Janos, lol. I think someone already commented about upgraded and blunted weapon fittings on your truncheons. Those are key to making thrall-taking a much more survivable and more efficient process. I love seeing you traverse the map when you travel and I see off in the background more structures and settlements that you've built and made the world more lived in, as you ride by on Henry. :) Keep it up. Can't wait for the next video in this series.
Someone spied my noob river purge base in the distance 😄Thanks for the support on this series, ep 7 is processing atm, and will be up tomorrow! There is also a little announcement at the end, but I don't want to spoil it.
@@highcloudd9992 Haha. I'm always paying attention to the little things...actually I just happened to notice it as you rode by on your thrall-catching mission.
one thing i have done is when i got bored of just grinding and fighting, i went to go grinding again heh heh for hide so i can make light padding, i made 100 of them, and i made 12 sets if skelios armor, to give to my crafter thralls so they get out of those patch sack clothing and into something light and breezy cause i always set up in the desert areas lol
Shields are helpful when thrall hunting.
@@harryravenkiller8580 I realized I could be kicking them to knock them down also. Its taken a bit for me to remember I can do that😅

I dont have the time in the day to run all the way home. We use Pippi's teleporting mechanic to get around quicker.
