Yes I would love watching you go to a high rated salon to get your makeup (and maybe a hairstyle too!) done!! Also would LOVE if they have hairstyling services if you got them to do your hair too like braided or curled or something!!
I think they do tell them by leaving a bad review but I guess they don't care? It's not easy or polite to say to a person that that's a bad makeup job especially when they're - most of the times - so sweet. You just don't show up again (and maybe tell your friends not to)

The reason these MUAs keep doing bad makeup is because nobody ever tells them the makeup is awful so the MUAs think they are doing a good job.
