I am abishek pursuing BE third year my age is 21 , I am a scheduled caste student I loved a girl from first year her caste was BC ,her father told that he is the caste below under our how can you marry him .Now I decided to change things I want to marry her by achieving an IAS officer and I want to change these caste issues and I want to give awareness to those people's . I don't have enough money to join in any academy for IAS preparation will anyone help me
