feel strange too have a different voice buit he lack a bitof punch in the voice i nthink the other had a this punch but still the dfark telling this one have good dark telling but again lack of punch
I just felt it was a bit flat in tone. Warhammer lore is at its best with a bit of emotion, not too over the top but it just felt a tad dull. Not bad by any stretch of the imagination however.
I think he has a lot of potential as he has a nice way of presenting but like others said it is still a bit flat.

His accent is quite nice for vampire lore, but he needs to embrace that role. I prefer the regular guy for descriptive readings. This guy could do narrative stories as long as he, as previously stated, played into the vampire character more.
You'd think people in the Warhammer world would be burning their deceased by now.
Well, that would take care of flesh, but bones are harder to burn lol
@@cardemis7637 smaller bones burn faster, like handbones. Hard to wield a weapon without it. Yet, grave guard are mostly ancient corpses, thousands of years old.
Well I hope you have the time and ressources the burn EVERY corpses on the battlefield

well, they are obligated by religion to inter their dead as soon and as whole as possible, so long the priests of Morr are good it is fine, but should something happen to the priests...
Hey folks, I know some of you are worried about why I didn't do the narration on this one. Don't worry, I'll be back to doing the narration. I've just been going through a lot these last few weeks and have been having a hard time doing my voice work. Besides, I'm glad to see Attila doing his own take on narrating in the Warhammer World. I thought it was pretty good and remember guys, you got to start somewhere so go easy on his first video! I'll see you on the next one!

New narrator is pretty good, different flavour nice to have a little variety, little constructive criticism he could have a little more inflection, but looking forward to seeing more!
Favourite Unit in fantasy. Just so simple and so fearsome. I love that they command both this otherworldly respect as cold once-honoured heroes, and terror of machine-like killers. Thank you for this! I just love Grave Guard.

It’s very kind of the Vampires and Necromancers to give the Grave Guard thematic armour and weapons, not that they keep it well maintained as that would take rags and vinegar, and that is simply beyond the Necromancers to give the Grave Guard that knowledge.
Historically, elite warriors often had attendants that would take care of the armor for them - you would think that the Vampire Counts would at least raise a small portion of undead (say one for every five to ten fighting men) that would be tasked with nothing but essential maintenance duties (such as polishing weapons and armor, for example).

Well a lot of beliefs actually say that what you bury your dead with they take with them to the afterlife. So it makes sense why it was done.

Great Video as always! No problem with the Narrator :D but i think it would´ve been cool to use the Barrow Legion Grave Guard Models for the Battles against the WE´s i think they look way better in that dark blue color scheme compared to VC´s red.

in this video we are reminded that arrows should do little to no damage to skeletons, but allas, if vampires were actually lore accurate in game it would probably ruin the "balance" >:(
People already complain about how OP they are *in spite* of the fact that the game has nerfed many of the abilities the Vampire Counts have in the lore! What these people don't understand is that they are meant to be that powerful in melee combat because they don't have a ranged game while most players build their armies around the idea that they will encounter significant ranged forces (and thus have a hard time countering melee-focused factions as a result).
That would be so cool if in TWW 3 they made undead Skeletons 50-60% more resistant to arrows!!!

Grave guard are bad to the bone, they form the backbone of any VC army. Thanks to high morale nothing gets under their skin, it's like morale debuffs go right through them.
Even a skeleton crew of grave guard can hold the line for you.
(Tibia honest, skeleton puns are humerus)

Grave Guard are no joke. Shielded and Greatsword versions can trade with Chaos Chosen when given multiple tiers of echelon ranks, yet even then, you're still paying less gold than said enemy units of that same tier, and at the same time, getting undead units, with reliable AP damage against nearly any same-type unit.
And then you throw in a cart with regen lodestone? They are a top tier infantry choice for a faction with no archers.
@Berserking Bishop The thing about undead is that they need to be constantly regenerated - try using mortis engines (no more than two per army) attacking with your frontline to give your graveguard the regen effects. Also, you might want to supplement your infantry with fast-moving, hard-hitting flyers (like vargiests and terrorgeists) to hit the opposition force in the flanks and rear: the flyers are the hammer and the graveguard are the anvil against which the enemy is pressed - it works almost every time I use it.
@Berserking Bishop But were you having them regenerated? Units like black orcs are infantry killers and graveguard require regeneration (such as invocation of Nehek or mortis engines) to stay alive against them - they have comparable attack stats but defense value is too low to slug it out with the one vs one without regeneration effects.
@Berserking Bishop Grimgore? This puts things in a new light as he has all sorts of bonuses to black orcs at high levels - if he killed a terrorgiest in three hits he must be a level 30+ lord!
My advice in that situation is this - don’t send an army of recent recruits against that as they will just get slaughtered (Grimgore will likely have high-level veterans with him by the time you encounter him, so bring veterans of your own): have a high level necromancer in your army and a high level vampire with Pit of Shades and arcane conduit - use the necromancer to regenerate your troops as the black orcs barrel through towards the center and have the vampire cast Pit of Shades (which has a ton of armor-piercing damage) on the orcs before you bring your fliers in on the flanks. And use arcane conduit to keep your magic reserves up in case you need more regeneration or Pit of Shades!
And if Grimgore himself shows up, do not engage him with the terrorgiest alone - have the vargiests break off and focus him down first (as they have frenzy and armor-piercing damage). But the bulk of your efforts should be on getting rid of those black orcs. I hope this helps.
@Berserking Bishop Ok - but what about the other forces? Any vampire heroes? What spells did you have besides invocation?
For reference, my army typically looks like this for late-game vampire counts: one stigoi goul king, one vampire lore of shadows, one necromancer, 4-5 standard graveguard with 2-3 with great weapons, 5 vargiests, 2 terrorgiests, 2 mortis engines and perhaps a vargulf or two. I find that this composition is capable of dealing with most threats when at high levels.
@Berserking Bishop I think I see your problem - necromancers are not the best at dealing with armored troops (such as black orcs) and blood knights don’t have much armor-piercing either: I suggest swapping out a necromancer with a vampire with lore of shadows and the blood knights with vargiests as they can dish out the pain on armored troops.

I just had a realization:
The Vampire Coast should have a calvary unit where the Depth Guard ride sea mares (giant sea horses). Or a unit of ghostly sea mare calvary.
That would be awesome.
I don't think sea horses would do well on land - besides, the main focus of Vampire Coast is missile forces so it would make little sense to give them cavalry (especially since they are marine combatants - that environment is poorly-suited to cavalry).
