My friends and I had Ford High Performance 390s, 406 and 427s.
Mine a 63 1/2 fastback first ran a 13.80 at 104 at Half Moon Bay then after some, "tinkering" a best of 12.48 at 111.80 at Fremont. The best times were with C0az heads that had a much smaller combustion chamber, slightly cheating in A/S class.This heavy Ford was a Corvette eater and a ton of fun. Thank you, Garyt

I think everyone has a car they wish they would have kept, mine was a 1969 Fastback Mustang, every time I see one, I get mad at myself.

There are some cars that I wish I hadn't sold , some because I'd just like to still be driving them , but in terms of appreciating in value , and I would gladly sell for the money, I had an Australian 1974 HQ LS Holden Monaro coupe in the 1980's , I sold it in 1988 for $8400 , I was astounded recently when I had a look to see how much they go for now , $150,000 to $200,000 , or more .😡
