I really understand what you’re saying! I used to think the best lofi beats are the ones with tons of different instruments, but what’s probably more important is doing the most you can with just a few. Definitely got some inspiration!

i'm starting to notice your individual instruments' melodies all compliment each other and fit into each other nicely like the guitar picking up when the piano slows down. i can't make my melodies like that for some reason... i always just create them as their own standalone melody that hopefully sounds good with the rest of my tracks. fall apart is another banger man, keep em coming

mmm... id say it comes with time, like developing a feel for the sounds coming together, but also just experiment alot! see what sounds good to u :)))
