I've discovered this video about five years ago and I keep coming back. Easily the best, most powerful version of "Star of the County Down" on RUclips.
I would have to agree.
I'm studying this piece now for classical guitar, and I've heard so many variations on many instruments, and from many bands. There are truly a lot of exceptional versions out there. Not only from Irish grown stars but from all over the world. However without any doubt in my mind I can say this particular rendition is the very best I've heard in about a year of listening to a) Every single version of it on Spotify, and a great many hours on RUclips. Without any doubt whatsoever.
