A few months before my brother died on June of 2015 this song came when I put my phone on a music shuffle we were taking a drive around town when this song just popped up suddenly and immediately we looked at each other the second we heard the lovely voice of the singer and we loved it I hear this song from time to time but didn't listen to it for a while now and today I was down a little bit and this song once again popped up suddenly and just lifted and brightened my whole mood made me remember him and put a big smile on my face so thank you truly

No. Rob Thomas was NOT a co-writer to this song, in fact he himself has stated he had NOTHING to do with the song "Me and My Broken Heart". Because of the "similarity" of the songs, Rixton listed Rob as a co-writer, most likely to avoid being sued.
