Hello! Waitress here at TGIF. Most of the food is incredibly overpriced and honestly, not worth the money. The only good thing we really have anymore is the Whiskey Glaze (Originally Jack Daniel's Whiskey Glaze), which is what Im assuming you had on the Big Ribs. Unfortunately, many, many TGIF's have been closing recently. Thirty something closed within the last two months. The company that runs most of them do not care about the food, customers or employees. (I.E, watering down soup to last longer, being forced to serve stale chips, scheduling hardly any staff and forcing servers to wait on tables while ALSO doing dishes, packing togos, seating the door as a host, etc). Overall this restaurant chain has gone downhill, and isn't nearly as good as it use to be before. I'm sure it won't be long until they are a thing of the past.
sadly the restaurant industry has a lot problems. One of the biggest ones is tips, if we switch $1$2 dollar coins you'd get more tips(customers more willing use coins as tips than paper notes) so you'd get more tips (less amount but volume would be much higher)

Some locations still have the endless but the servings are smaller after the first one. Wait time in between servings is long too. You used to be able to do 2 at a time but now it’s one item each time.
Funny story about endless apps for $10 my brother and his friend (who were both 300 pounds) once ate a TGI Fridays out of boneless wings. They asked us to leave and I was in shock watching them put away so many plates.

The jack daniels platter was the shit back in the day. Not sure if they have it anymore. It was a half rack of ribs shrimp and either chicken or a small steak (i domt remember) with 2 sides. And it was only like $17
In the UK TGIFridays sells frozen food in Iceland. And I gotta admit Shit SMACKS. I’m literally obsessed with ANYTHING in their Tennessee glaze (especially since most chicken products with sauce also have sesame seeds to sprinkle on. And I fucking love sesame seeds)
TGI Friday's food here in Kolkata, India is bang average. I had chicken salad and buffalo wings and they were pretty underwhelming. On the other hand, 🌶️'s is doing an wonderful job here. Their food is actually sumptuous.
