The Atojo SRS boots are over one pound lighter per pair than the Sidi Crossfire 3's, offering protection, durability and comfortability in a lightweight motocross boot manufactured with high quality materials. The overall height has also been reduced by 1 cm compared to the Crossfire 3 based on input from professional athletes who have helped Sidi develop the Atojo. Take a closer look at the newest addition to Sidi's motocross boot lineup as Chase spins some laps and gives us his thoughts in this ride review of the Atojo SRS boots from Sidi.

None of these reviews even mention breathability, how to the atojos breathe? I've only ever had tech5's and my feet are sweating constantly. I know the tech 10's with the vents prob breathe better but does anyone know of any other's that breathe well without just immediately filling with water during a creek crossing?

Honestly. I don't think the words "breath" and "motocross boots" were ever supposed to go together. I've worn almost every boot and my feet get hot in all of them. I've never had one boot where I felt like I could feel a huge difference in breathability. The only boot that feels a little hotter is the Tech 10 since you have the inner ankle brace. There are some boots like the Tech 7, Fox Motion X, and Leatt 4.5 hydra that have a waterproof membrane, but they're going to be even worse for venting. - Chase

how are they in the water? I ride a lot of trails that have some decent puddles. Also Ive never worn riding boots... I ride with my combat boots, would these be a decent first boot? or should I go with something that won't feel as stiff?

If you want more protection and are willing to give up some feel for it go with the sg12 you won’t break your foot or toes with those and have great ankle protection, to save some money go with sg10’s make sure to adjust your shifter up when you get boots so they can fit under it. They’ll also last your awhile so it’s almost a one time buy and they’ll last you a few years.

If waterproof is what you are looking for, you may wanna check SIDI Adventure 2. They are comfortable, not too heavy, not too stiff, and more waterproof than any MX boots, and still provide good protection. Since SIDI Adventure boots are light off road adventure boots, they have less protection than those true enduro/MX boots, but still they will you give more protection than your combat boots.

Check out the Tech 7 Drystar boots. They have the off-road sole and a waterproof liner. www.rockymountainatvmc.com/riding-gear/alpinestars-tech-7-enduro-drystar%C2%AE-boots-p

@Egbert Wadman I bought the Atojo. The box says made IN Italy. I have a pair of Crossfire 3 TA boots also made in Italy. The crossfire 3 TA boots are 1 year old with more than 100 hours of usage still as solid as new

Egbert Wadman I ride dual sport. I have black dog traction foot pegs installed on my bike. We shall see how the boots fare in couple of years.

Egbert Wadman I’ve watched cross training enduro video regarding bad Sidi boots, they are talking about crossfire 2 not the crossfire 3. I have many dirt bike friend wearing crossfire 3 on dirt bike, no complain so far. So far Sidi has been great and far better than Alpinestars.
