    Would this be good for antiriolithesis. If not, can you make a vidio on spondiolithesis?

    • @JohnGibbons
      @JohnGibbons  11 месяцев назад +1

      I have videos where I discuss the 'spondys' but not focus on treatments as difficult to treat if a slippage present and best to leave it alone, regards JG

    Hello, do you have any advice to unlock the C1/C2 ?.✌️

    • @JohnGibbons
      @JohnGibbons  3 года назад +1

      Try an osteopath or a chiropractor as best option, regards JG

    Is this good technique to apply if left butt sticks out compared to right ,which is more flat, and flexing the knee in this position is much more restricted on left and provokes abdominal pressure at bind?

    I recently read one of your articles where you mentioned a patient with left scapula pain after running and how a tight right iliopsoas must be released before even working on the lattimus dorsi or glute strengthening on the right side,
    Do you recommend any excerices that I could perform on myself that would help release/lengthen the tight iliopsoas?
    Thanks.

      Probably best to see an osteopath where you live for advice as hard to assist via a text, regards JG
