Making the sides, I cut the 2x6 to length first, then put the 7/8 grove in the top, ripped them to 3/8, and did the relief cuts on the router table. Now that I've done it once, if the bees use them (which I don't see why they wouldn't) I might try to streamline it a bit. Still when I buy in bulk, 100 frames are $80.00.

Good job. If I added a joiner, I could double the manufacturing speed by milling the lumber to dimension before adding notches, etc.
