I was deeply saddened when I heard that Avicii had passed. I grew up with his music, I started following him when he released Street Dancer in 2011. I remember clubbing to Levels, after which he kept releasing hits. Though Ive never met Tim, I felt that there was this connection to him through his music and mixes. I feel like something is missing now that he is gone.
He was a hugely influential figure in the EDM scene and will be sorely missed

This is a beautiful honor to a Legend who left us way to early 😔⚘
My childhood is gone. I grew up with his remixes. I may be only 13 years old, but it's enough for me to understand how much this man has accomplished, and he left his mark on the world. Levels was a work of art and I would constantly listen to it. Wake me up was another amazing one. So many great remixes. It's never easy to let go, but he had some horrible health issues. He let go of the pain and he is free. The barriers of pain and stress are no more. He was a huge inspiration and he got me through my toughest times. Especially when my parents divorced. It's hard to believe this really happened, but it goes to show that the best things don't last long. I just hope he can spread his beats through the heavens. As the "Wreck-it Ralph" Theme states, "Life is way to short to take it slow". You may not know what you have until you have lost it. I can't believe the time has come to say this, but Rest In Peace and most of all, stay groovy! Stay close to those you love because you never know when they can be gone, no matter the age or importance...😢

When u look at the church and realise that it’s really happened .... he isn’t there anymore , u will never see him again . He is the “making of “ of this loving songs . And he is the reason why the church is able to play these songs , cause they exists because of him ! And he isn’t there 💔💔💔😔

Ralu he did commit suicide and his local church was remembering him in this way. Maybe his family wanted this to happen because he was loved by so many people around the world. He wanted to make people happy with his music. Just to let you know he was suffering with very bad depression so he committed suicide.
