This makes me feel so calm. I needed this. Been feeling so sad, and my anxiety is killing me. Also, feeling so alone, everyone that I love is leaving me behind. I feel lost, maybe a little depressed. It's hard to hide from my parents how I really feel with so much going on at the moment. It's hard to live the day. And just by listening to this, something tells me that everything is gonna be ok. I don't believe that playing some music can trigger a healing process. However, this happened yesterday:
I put this to play in the background and went to sleep. Thoughts started flooding my mind. I've been quite stressed during the past few days, putting too much effort in a new business endeavor. The future of it is far from certain so all those feelings of anxiety and fear surfaced.
Then all those moments of tension between me and my partner passed in front of my eyes. I realized our days are passing amidst continuous stressing over trivial stuff that don't matter in the grand scheme of things.
How much time do we think we have left? And this hit me hard.
I grabbed my phone and texted a very simple message. It was 5am. The daily grind began again today but it's an entirely different day.
If you read that far, make sure you never forget what is truly important in life and what is trivial. Have a beautiful day.
Music is vibration. We are what? Energy sources. Pure energy! Energy vibrates right?... When we are sick we vibrate on the incorrect, lower frequency.

when i woke up this morning i felt physical pain, strong anxiety, head full of thoughts, stress and weird negative feelings as always. tired also because i dont sleep well. after i tried everything like everyday im at this point listening this music because my fridge is making noise (some kind of trauma response) i had to put the headphones in my ears so i dont explode with rage. after everything i have done i still feel sick mentaly and physically. i hope tomorrow i dont have to try so hard and something is better than today. life sucks and i dont want to be forced to listen this kind of music all the time, every day and even whole night when i sleep. still glad this kind of music exist
Remember that it's just a bad day, not a bad life. So take a rest and give your mind and heart peace while listening to this beautiful melodic music.

I've been searching for good ambience music ever since 2020 when I developed OCD and this has been one of the very best since I found it maybe 2 weeks ago lol. There just something about not so loud flowing water, cricket sounds, and for me at least. The monks, and the green in the video adds another layer of peace.
