So to turn off the limiters on these motorcycles you hold the brake on the right all the way in turn the throttle all the way on while you're holding the brake then turn the ignition key on for 9 seconds count 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 then turn the key off and eliminator will be off the bike if you weigh 150 will go 54 miles an hour

I put countless hours on that minibike, trails, backroads sneaking down the main roads. It is the skills I learned on that minibike that have contributed to my 55 years of accident free motorcycle riding. Hundreds of thousands of miles no accidents. Please don't worry so much.
Nicely done! I myself am retired and live in the South (USA). Hot & humid here. An 'All-Weather' version, for corrosion resistance would be a more likely option than a 'golf-cart'. Not a golf-cart fan!
