I can confirm that the rosemary helps. I have several large Rosemary shrubs in my yard. Pruning them is a beast because the aroma of a wheelbarrow full of rosemary always makes me cough. (And makes me want to have some Rosemary chicken salad.) Add some to boiling water and breathe in the steam, it'll clear out the sinuses quick.
