Only thing is the backyard like y’all said but I think y’all should still keep looking tho. I’m not sure how much looking y’all have done already but don’t rush it!
House #2 is my favorite. The black and wood tones made it so pretty to me. It gave vacation vibes. I loved the view. I feel like for privacy y'all could get switch glass or motorized blinds to keep the elegant look. House #3 was very spacious and big. I loved the high ceilings. The vanity lights built into most mirrors was a plus to me. The kitchen was cute and its not to bright or dark. Cj reaction was pricless awww. He's so humble and grateful for the smallest things & for that he deserves the ps5 & nba jam. Cj im on your side lol.😂😂

If you can, try to do a month to month while you search for a home. I do not recommend rushing to buy a home unless you 100% are in love with the home. Also, keep in mind that dependent on how much you are spending… buy a house that has everything you want like a pool, basketball court, etc. bc you all are a busy family and building/renovating takes time. Good luck on your home search!
The 3rd house was fire but I honestly didn’t feel as if either of them were a forever home for y’all. Take your time and keep looking. When you walk into “YOUR” home, you’ll know it. 🧡🧡

#2 is nice and you guys could install/place a pool in that corridor you showed thru the glass window/door or put a half court there. I’m only apprehensive about that selection for you guys as your desired market value in 10+ years will be contingent upon making renovations. It probably won’t fit everyone’s taste in a decade +. #3 is nice clean and natural aesthetic & super spacious for your family.
