I love art journaling but love quilting, scrapbooking, and water coloring of other forms of expression for my mental health. I’m happy you mentioned baking, too. We are planning in our neighborhood block a luminary light display in front of each home along with baked goods. A great way to welcome the season and get to know your neighbors. I plan to bake “Dulce Delights” - flaky pastry with luscious caramel filling similar to a tiny turnover pie with added sugar and cinnamon on top… fitting from my Mexican heritage. 🥰 Much continued success & blessings. 🙏🏼👍🌷

Your new home and grounds are lovely! I adore the open space, nature and of course the sheep are just delightful! Your baking looked very good! I don't bake as much as I used too, but cookie baking is my favorite. And at Christmas I like to bake a gingerbread loaf. I would enjoy seeing more vlogs of what you are doing and working on. I will be honest though, I skip through the parts where it's just music playing. (not just yours, any videos I watch I don't find that the music keeps my interest so I fast forward.) My fan assisted oven is rubbish for break and biscuit making so sadly I won't be doing any of that but getting out and looking at nature is always a blessing. I happen to notice that large ironstone bowl. Guess what? I have the same one. I bought it at a collective years ago. I forgot the name of that particular design type. It is a small world sometimes. Really interesting to see you new surroundings - you've got to love sheep! Great to see you are taking to the rural life and the cottage looks lovely. Try baking a 'Grant loaf' it is very easy and only has to be left to rise once and you can experiment with different flours and sunflower and pumpkin seed additions, etc. Also bake scones and, if the Rayburn has a simmering oven like the Aga, a rich fruit cake (Christmas cake) bakes beautifully overnight in the simmering oven and the kitchen is fragrant in the morning. My attempts at sourdough have either been rubbish or great - hit and miss. It was a pandemic pastime.

Well, I enjoyed it all, especially the outdoor bits. So beautiful. Autumn is my favourite season. I always enjoy watching you work as you do it in real time, which is so much more relaxing than watching people with everything speeded up. The Tesco flour made me think of when I had a part time job as a cashier in Tesco’s while I was still at school. I loved it. My husband (then boyfriend) worked in the deli department. Keep up the vlogs! And the videos showing us how to do things. Said husband has just bought me a large gelli plate and a 4 inch round one for Xmas and I’m really looking forward to trying them out.

I really enjoyed seeing what you've been up to and found it particularly interesting seeing your process with the drawing tutorials. The video was a nice cosy watch while I did some boring tasks, I would definitely watch this sort of vlog again. I have been baking quite a lot recently as it was my daughter's birthday, her favourite is coffee brownie. Those cookies looked lovely, I might give that recipe a go!

Really interesting to see you new surroundings - you've got to love sheep! Great to see you are taking to the rural life and the cottage looks lovely. Try baking a 'Grant loaf' it is very easy and only has to be left to rise once and you can experiment with different flours and sunflower and pumpkin seed additions, etc. Also bake scones and, if the Rayburn has a simmering oven like the Aga, a rich fruit cake (Christmas cake) bakes beautifully overnight in the simmering oven and the kitchen is fragrant in the morning. My attempts at sourdough have either been rubbish or great - hit and miss. It was a pandemic pastime.

Well, I enjoyed it all, especially the outdoor bits. So beautiful. Autumn is my favourite season. I always enjoy watching you work as you do it in real time, which is so much more relaxing than watching people with everything speeded up. The Tesco flour made me think of when I had a part time job as a cashier in Tesco’s while I was still at school. I loved it. My husband (then boyfriend) worked in the deli department. Keep up the vlogs! And the videos showing us how to do things. Said husband has just bought me a large gelli plate and a 4 inch round one for Xmas and I’m really looking forward to trying them out.

I really enjoyed seeing what you've been up to and found it particularly interesting seeing your process with the drawing tutorials. The video was a nice cosy watch while I did some boring tasks, I would definitely watch this sort of vlog again. I have been baking quite a lot recently as it was my daughter's birthday, her favourite is coffee brownie. Those cookies looked lovely, I might give that recipe a go!
