I'm sure my son will be applying once he finishes school. Hopefully, there will be some internships.

Love your company although I do wish you had come along sooner as I retired 3 years ago after having participated in many firsts including every Atlas rocket built since the Atlas IIA, IIAS, III, and up to V not counting all the work done with SpaceDev developing the hybrid motor among other things with them, so much in my 43 years in the industry and I wouldn't trade a second of my time for any other career. I fully understand how every employee at Rocket Lab must feel participating in such an incredible and needed technology, love you guys so much I'm even an investor.

This does not cover how the company "is" as far as how they treat employees. Is management competent? Does management and HR treat everyone the same? Is there any "wokeism" training mandated by HR? Just because you get people to say that it's a great company, it is truly a great company or yet another cookie-cutter corporation that grinds employees into powder? Just a thought.

This comment is all over the place. What do you expect them to put in a 2 minute video? “Wokeism”?

@@kirleyq1394 I think it's a pretty fair comment. Many companies get employees to describe the work at the company, but many times there are less details on things like Robert described. Also "wokeism" is pretty common and if it is 'enforced' can take away from the enjoyment or working there for some.

@@WM3636-d1c I don’t think the left and the right have the same definition of “woke”. The right use it to point out hypersensitivity of the left and the left use it to show inclusivity and equality in society, including the workplace. Each of these points have validity. The majority of us of course only hear about the extremes. Incredibly enough as a country we can accommodate both parties and agree to meet somewhere in the middle. Excessive political correctness or “wokeism” can definitely lead to problems, however this isn’t necessarily worse than just accepting a “natural” hierarchy based on your origins in society. It’s more about balance and gray area than simply good or bad.

@@kirleyq1394 Not really. I asked what is the true nature of the workplace? It's not just about anything "woke" but how HR and management actually treat the employees. Also, how could they answer my question before I asked it for their 2 minute video?
