So I get motion sick too… I carry Trader Joe’s triple ginger thin cookies in my bag at all times… eat one or two and they work great! Also, my daughter said the ginger chews from Trader Joe’s work great too! Get some… you won’t regret it!

For the car sickness, look into some ginger candy. Ginger is really good for nausea. I’m the same way. I have to be driving or in the passenger front seat.

For your car motion sickness: it's not really a "cure" but I notice if I'm sitting in the backseat of a car (sometimes in the front) I'll get motion sickness and 9 times out of 10, it's because I'm looking down. (Specifically reading on my phone) not saying you're looking down but if you are.. try not looking down it MIGHT help! ❤ I hate feeling sick in cars 😞

I also get SUUPER sick in cars-- not to your level but I have been realllllyyy close so i couldnt imagine it being like that every time 🥲. I honestly carry Dramamine on me at all times for when I will be in a car for a while esp going home from somewhere or whenever I travel. But something that helps me thats not medicated is things like bubbly water or ginger chews, chewing gum, and i sometimes will put Vicks under my nose to relieve my stomach. I think there are also some OTC anti nausea things you can purchase to keep on you or that you can take that will help! Hope any of those might help you :") .
