Since 1972, Pentecostal in general has failed in raising qualified leadership. Just after immersion baptism, there are believers proclaiming to be pastor. There are hundreds of pastors in Christain villages and different localities of big and small cities. Church of Pakistan has become a political ground for untrained Bishops and place of corruption. Church has lost it's will, character and spiritual authority in general. Catholic church has still leadership working different projects to provide housing societies.
