Probably not a great sign when Hair Buddha says he recognizes you from one of his previous reaction vids 😆
😂
😂😂
I thought she looked familiar.
Idiocy is constant
100% not 🙈😭
Her original hair was so beautiful. I even loved the blue ends and black roots. If I had hair that healthy and gorgeous, I’d leave it alone and celebrate it.
I thought it was stunning, too
Right!? I think dark roots look good with colored ends. Much better than all blue or orange roots and blue ends.
For sure. Her hair looked cute before she started messing with it, I liked the color with the black roots.
Yes, my thoughts exactly! I loved the blue and black!
If I had that beautiful hair I would be so happy!
Embrace your hair texture and color. I spent years hating my curly hair because I was constantly being told how "messy" my hair was. I had to grow up to realize my chief critics were having to dye or curl their hair to achieve my look. "The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. "
Meh. My hair is super fine and very wavy (2c) I tried letting it wave and it looks pretty, but the problem because it’s so fine it gets all tangled up and the tangles cause breakage as my hair is so fine. I find it overall easier on my hair when I blow-dry it straight.
@@ALT-vz3jnSame. Fine tangle prone hair here so I blow dry as well.
My hair is very long and pin straight, I’ve given up trying to curl it. I play to its strengths these days, leave it natural and I don’t even bother trying to get it to hold a curl, I’m done hating it 😂
Personally I'm happy that i finally took the jump and started experimenting my hair. I have loved all the colors I've tried. Nothing wrong with my natural hair, but i want to enjoy myself while I'm still young.
@@kittyb275young ? Is their a cut off for when you can colour your hair ?
So, was she just stripping all of that to match her regrowth to the color she had already? If so, this was the most unnecessary bleach fail ever.
She did literally everything HB tells us not to. I'm not sure she should be allowed near bleach or hair dye anymore.
🤣
Step. Away. From. The. Bleach.
She needs to be banned from the hair. Supply store lol
It's funny that she got the idea from YT videos, but somehow skipped all the videps showing how to do this right
These girls always say, "I saw someone get really good results..."
Where are all these great videos?!?!
😂 Right??
It’s almost impressive how she messed with all that bleach and baking soda and detergent SO much it ended up almost relaxing her hair on its own
Yep and it if you have straight hair if will become “wavy/curly “ when it’s destroyed.
I think she almost broke our beloved Hair Buddha. That was painful to watch.
Hope everyone has a great week!
I agree poor buddha ,my brain hurts now ,that was too much to take in
Hair Buddha's response at the coconut oil was priceless 😂😂
She had so beauty purple hair, why did she even want to bleach it?😱
🤷
I know! That purple suits her so well!
I thought it looked nice as well. It would've been much less work to find a similar purple and just touch up the faded spots.
haha thank you! I just didn’t like it 😭
@@DeeSkelliton so sad you didn't like it. But i promise you it looking really cool!
Hair Buddha is the only reason I look forward to Monday. Have a great day, Hair Buddha and friends. 🌞❤🌈
If she had her hair cut so the colour was gone she could have rocked a short curly hairdo, she has the face for it!
I was kinda wanting her to cut those noodles off. 😅
I love it when Hair Buddha gets frustrated, always makes me laugh.
"It's a lot of hair, it's more than I have"
I'm dead 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Her curls were so beautiful at the beginning!
If I ever need my hair bleached, I'm going to a professional, I rather pay the money and have done right than to save a few bucks and risk losing my hair.
It can be done right, but I've tried layering with semipermanent dye and my hair is simply not very cooperative during sectioning. So I also go to a professional.
Never try bleaching at home, certainly not by yourself. Hairdressers can do such a beautiful job of bleaching, and with as little damage as possible.
@@beardiemom Exactly. It CAN be done, but these clowns are stupid *and* lazy.
There is no excuse, in this day and age, to not know what you're doing. There too many great resources and there is too much access to great products for this to be happening.
They do this for 'clicks' and attention, but that doesn't mean that it can't be done. Any idiot can bleach their hair safely and successfully, but they have be to willing to read directions, watch videos by people who know what they're talking about, and actually use proper products.
*I swore at 28 that I would NEVER bleach my hair myself...the same year I*
*also swore I would never drink another Margarita! I am 75 and stuck to my*
*promise for the hair only!*
I am amazed that she still has hair. People like this come seeking us professionally to help fix what they already messed up and sometimes we can correct but not always because the damage is already done
“It’s getting hot in here, so take off all your…. No. No no. Don’t do that.” 😂😂😂 I’m on the floor… fabulous musical reference!!
I'm here for the Cantu love. As an extremely curly girl, their products have been a life saver for my hair
I swear I'd rather see these ladies just cut their hair off than try to fix the color when they don't have a clue what they're doing. Her natural color and curl is to die for. It's like so many people are bound and determined to do as much damage as they can. Used to be you would not want anybody to see what you're about to do.
Truth!
I agree 100%! She would be so beautiful with her natural hair texture and color. A short layered cut would accommodate her curls. It seems that’s the case in most of these hair fail videos. I guess I’m old fashioned but I just love to see people embracing their naturally beautiful hair.
Hair Buddha’s videos make me love my natural color and hair
I recognised her from another video too 😂🤦🏻♀️ She literally did everything wrong! 😞
Yeah I familiar with her she has done alot wrong things to her hair
Do people like her deliberately ruin there hair for RUclips views 🤷🏻♀️❓
When she said "I truly don’t know what to do" that should have been her clue to stop and consult a professional!
No one seems to notice that when you combine baking soda and Dawn dish soap ..it smells like pure ammonia...which is the primary ingredient in bleach...but in an unstable, undependable method. It's just safer to use bleach. Or a lightener.
@@aldergreen Baking soda is not sodium hydroxide. Baking soda is sodium bicarbonate. Sodium hydroxide is lye. Totally different. Lye is caustic...baking soda is harmless. Baking soda in water won't harm skin. Lye in water will eat the skin. Dawn dishwashing liquid contains sodium lauryl sulfate... that's a totally different thing... that is not baking soda, it is not lye. I'm a soap make...I use lye in the process....I can tell you the difference.
I tried it to get burgundy out of my light brown hair and it didn't do anything....I had to try a bunch of different stuff afterwards it was a real nightmare 😭
@@aldergreen *No*.
You've provided very incorrect information.
Sodium Hydroxide is NOT baking soda, it's *lye*, which is a caustic chemical commonly used in detergents and shampoos/hair products.
Baking soda is sodium bicarbonate. These are two *VERY different things.
@@ALNizhoni you're right! I got confused between the two (I'm not a native speaker). I deleted my comment to not give the wrong info. Thank you.
😂 bleach and ammonia are not the same at all
She definitely didn’t watch your videos 😂😂😂
Your face at the word Coconut oil 😂😂😂😂😂😂 I love you Hair Buddha ❤
I love your wealth of knowledge, and the entertainment you provide. You never fail.
Why is it that people who have no idea what they’re talking about, are so damn eager to dispense advice. I’d rather shave it all off than take guidance from this woman.
I wasn’t giving guidance, I was recording myself doing my hair lol
"This will be the one where I loose my mind!" I'm dying at your reactions in this one! Exactly the laugh I needed today. 😂❤
Hair Buddha foaming at the word "relaxed" 😂😂
My friend actually uses coconut oil, but just putting it on her regrowth, because it will change much faster than the rest of her hair.
Nothing better than a Hair Buddha vid while I work out! (Unless I start laughing and trip on the treadmill lol)
My mum used to be a hairdresser but she had to give it up in the 70’s because of all the chemicals, so she had two mirrors setup in the hallway on opposite side facing each other, she used them to do her hair in.
I learned a whole lot. It's professional always for me. A simple box dye is one thing, but all those chemicals I would begin to have the nerve to. Even if you were standing next to me, there is no way I could take doing all those fine sections my hairdresser does
I love Dee's videos! So fun to see her video on here. She has such a funny sense of humor and seems to take her hair adventures in stride.
thank you!! 🥹💖
thanks for your videos, explanations and motivation! You are very kind and always a pleasure to watch. I have been bleaching my blonde hair all my life, but thanks to you, I realized that I love my hair with natural color. hugging you 🤗
She got Hair Buddha singing Nelly😂😂😂 I love it!
Always fun with Hair Buddha😍👍 thanks for your content
And she started with such a gorgeous colors and curls
My favorite type of videos. Watching people ruin their hair and their hair fall out 😂
"We are not going to talk about it"😂😂. She made my day.
The beginning hair colours were far better than the end result colours. Why change it? I'm sure the pale blue she had after her 1st attempt was a better option than the end result🤣🤣
Honestly, I don't recommend using dish soap or baking soda at all! They're each extremely drying to the hair, especially when combined! I tried it in the past, and all it did was fry my hair, barely removing any color- not worth it! I got more fading from original Head & Shoulders shampoo & hot water. H&S is drying too, but you can safely use it at least a few times a week, just do deep conditioning treatments. It's far less damaging to do a bleach wash, just make sure the developer is a low volume, like 10. As far as the Olaplex, the Sally's brand Ion makes a small bottle of a similar treatment that's made for mixing into the bleach and its only a few dollars. They have their new Bond Bar line of Olaplex dupes as well, each product around $10 with good reviews. I hope she does some bond & conditioning treatments so she can revive her beautiful curl pattern. I think her end result came out pretty cute! Love that color on her!
I hope you’re moonlighting as a comedian bc you crack me up!!
I have no idea, what on earth she wanted to create with that video..the only conclusion I came to is - confusion..well, fun fact - while I watched this video, I started to knit a cardigan, in purple colors 😂💜
"Ooo girl ooo girl, its patchy!" 😂😂😂
Baking soda is actually good... if you use it in baking
🤣🤣🤣
Or for cleaning lol
I don't understand, why did she apply blue in her hair again? For what purpose??😅😂 She did all those things just for ending with less hair, that was her goal since the beginning and I didn't realize it?
So confusing I don’t think she mentioned her end goal at the beginning, but she inflicted a lot of damage to get a similar color to what she already had
OMG 😂😂😂😂 When he said "Only six sections, I'm shocked" patchiness 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Her natural dark curls are absolutely beautiful, I wish she would keep them
Have I learned from this video? Don't bleach your own hair unless you KNOW wtf you're doing!!! 😂😂
I liked the end result but, it was at the cost of hair breakage and a crap load of $$$$$$!!
Buddha is she came into your shop at the 11:12 mark what would you have done to fix it and how much time would it take? Can you start a series explaining maybe ways to fix hair?
Anyone else just shouting, “bleach bath!!!”
Oh no! Not the fricking baking soda! I’ve done it, it worked, done it a few more times and fried my hair 🙃 if I knew how powerful it was, I would have treated it the same as bleach. Now I know better… poor girl fried her hair with bleach, so sorry this happened to you, but your end colour is beautiful ❤
09:59 "It's getting hot in here...", realizing what he's singing - "No, no, no, no, no, no, NO... Continue"! 😂😂😂
Even though she messed up and really damaged her hair (I’ve done it myself a few times) I like people who just go for it! I hate hair videos where people cry over messing up 2cm of hair.
Great Hair Buddha video as always ❤❤
It's not about "messing up 2 cm of hair," many of these idiots do things that are DANGEROUS, to themselves and others.
The chemicals these morons use, without even opening a window most of the time, cause people to PASS OUT. Lose consciousness. That's not "going for it," that's lunacy on an epic scale.
These clowns post this craziness, and then other idiots, like the one on this video, see the craziness and think, 'that's what I'll do!' They endanger themselves and anyone who watches this mess, in addition to causing their hair to fall out (if they're lucky, that's the only damage).
In many of these cases, they give themselves *serious* chemical burns over their scalps, faces, and bodies.
This is NOTHING to applaud.
Watching her scrub the ends of her wet hair with that towel was giving me anxiety 😅
She would have looked so good if she cut the bleached ends off and had a cute curly little pixie cut!
love the singing!!!! "it's getting hot in here" LOL!!!! love the channel
Highlight of the video for me❤
Something with the power to strip burnt on food from the bottom of a saucepan has got to be good for your hair, no?😜
I like the end result but the method to get there was not worth it.
Thanks for the laughs, HB. xxx
This was my favorite video from Hair Buddha, so hillarious!! 😂
I just discovered this channel today. The way he was so perplexed towards the end was too hilarious to me
Omg when HB starting singing hot in here 👏🏽 yesss
I am going to take a quick moment to tell you thank you for all the good useful advice you give here.
I haven't been to the hairdresser for bleach/ color in over a year. The last time I went in my hairdresser bleached my hair with 30volume after I reminded her that we don't use stronger than 20...then she refused to put a toner in (she just put purple shampoo and she was done), then charged me $200. I had wanted a pale golden blonde...and I had almost see thru white hair.
I asked you how to repigment my hair and you took the time to respond.
I had some banding (when I did the first root touch up) luckily I wear my hair in a short pixie, so I can style it to make it look intentional. After some trial and error, I now have a very nice pale golden blonde (ION 10g). Thanks to you I know how to properly lighten my roots and what to do to keep from having banding after my toner.
I truly appreciate what you do and I just wanted to say thank you.
haha 😂 the doom trinity - dish washing liquid, baking soda & coconut oil. you know it’s gonna be good!
Poor hair budda!,, you must be sooooo frustrated with these hair fails!, 🤣🤣🤣
I have nice natural brown curly hair. I love it! ❤ I'd never colour it, but I love watching these videos.
I can’t help but think that if Hair Buddha ever had to punch someone, those rings would DO SOME DAMAGE!!! 😂😂
It’s shocking 😮 I remember her previous video where she ruined her hair, now she’s doing that again??? 😳 these people never learn
Maybe she wanted blonde but gave up after realizing how blue it still was? Otherwise just bleaching your hair to see your roots better is wild.
What just happened!? 😬What a disaster! Happy Monday HB!!!! ❤❤❤❤
Hello, police? I'd like to report someone murdering their own hair. No, really, watch the video. Yeah, that's a damn shame.
Oh, she had such beautiful hair! Why do people always want what they don't have? 🤷♀️
My all time favourite Belgians in the world : Hercule Poirot AND Hair Buddha🥳~
Love you Mr Jurgen😘
Blessings from your little fan from Hong Kong❤
I'm sorry Hair Buddha, for I have sinned and used baking soda to strip semi-permanent hair colour from my mane. Although I only used baking soda and my regular sulfate-free shampoo for it.
It worked for those curious btw. I had put a very deep blue violet dye on my already dark hair (it was lightened to a level 4, so still very dark) and did not dilute it enough, and ended up with black hair that had a tinge of purple in the sun. I was very unhappy with it and it refused to fade, so a month afterwards I tried this method and it did strip a lot of the purple.
I did not, however, bleach my hair or do anything aside from using masks and such for the next month, since it did dry out my hair a bit.
Now a full month after that procedure, the last 2-3cm still felt dry, so they needed to be trimmed.
Baking soda in itself is already harsh enough on the hair (hair is acidic, whereas baking soda is very alcaline, hence why it opens the hair shaft) that you don't need to make it even worse with hydrogen peroxide or dish soap on top of it.
Oh my! She went through all that and then put exactly the same colours back but stronger! Mad!
She looks like the Blueberry Muffin doll.
I went straight to Google to look that doll up . Dead on lol 😂😂😂
@@EricaChristy 👍👍👍
looked it up too! hahaha spot on! 😂😂😂
Dawn, baking soda, coconut oil...all HB's favorites😂😂😂
The look on hair Buddha's face when she said coconut oil 🤣🤣
Saw Hair Buddha's soul leave his body when she said "coconut oil"
😂😂😂 She must have done every taboo process she could find. I hope she watches this video to get better ideas. 😊
Zalig een video van u , na een zwaar werkdagje thx hair Buddha
It's a lot of hair. It's more than i have 😂
I’m dating myself, but back in the day we used Sun-In... lots of it... I had orange hair that was also permed... it was like wire and broke off by the time I stopped messing with it... I think her finished hair looks adorable on her, but like Mr. Hair Buddha said, I have a feeling she’s going to want to change it again... next time she’ll be bald... no offense Mr. Buddha, you look marvelous sans hair 😁❤️
Ah but we did have the original Clairol Herbal Essence shampoo to wash away some of the tears from hair woes.Stuff smelled so good.
thanks for the nostalgia of summers gone by . And my youth 😂
Oh man
That stuff was deceptively strong ‼️
Oh I remember sun in, I have naturally mid blonde hair and used to pour bottles all over my head (spraying it was not enough apparently lol I was 15, don't judge). 😂
@@Glesga_lassie I had to laugh just thinking of all the hours I sat in the backyard with a bottle of sun-in, a good book, and high hopes 😅
I used to watch her and she always bleached her hair and plus she never stayed with the one colour. Never use coconut oil on hair. I bleach my own hair and it works great for me.
The look he gives every time she says, "coconut oil" is hilarious
Surprise, surprise its dry! 😂😂😂
I love you hair Buddha, ❤️. I think she spent more than Salon charges
Hair Buddha singing Nelly is the star of this video.
I could watch her and HB again and again this was hilarious!
Why? Her hair looked so pretty the way it was. Beautiful purple 💜
So sad because I bet her hair in it’s natural state was so beautiful ❤😢
I loved the sassy attitude in this video 😂🎉
She's looks amazing with the end colors...luv
Don't know how there can still be videos like this! 😤How can these idiots not know about Hair Buddha and all of his information and advice?😱 They deserve to loose it all! Much love to Hair Buddha ❤
It is amazing how she just able break every HB guidance. Then surprisingly it fails and fall out.
This whole video had me crying and when she revealed the blue hair I hollered 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Her natural hair is beautiful 🌸
"Ooh, girl. Ooh, girl. It's patchy." 😅😂
What she's doing is literally what killed my hair.....
*** PLEASE DO NOT DO IT ***
just wait and shampoo it and condition it over a few months and it will fade, why are people always in such a hurry?
I can't believe she went blue when it would have gone blue anyway 😂
It completely killed my hair too!! although the fashion colour clang on to my porous bleached hair for about 6 months and still had barely faded and it was a pastel colour too, blue is notoriously hard to remove from white hair (unfortunately a salon bleach bath caused signifiant damage), I managed to "save" my hair but the effort and money that needs to go into haircare and trims is huge!! I'm always reluctant to apply fashion colours over platinum hair because of how quickly people seem to get tired off the colour :)
Best method to get blue out of your hair? Time and scissors 😂
Edit: Honey, my hair isn’t half as curly yours, and I section more to brush it! It makes a difference especially on curly textures.
