Yes! This is something I really needed bad. With my anxiety and ADHD I was extremely burned out mentally and physically and spiritually. I started working out a year ago and finally after a year I started walking too. I suffered from a lot of vertigo due to my energeries being attached and weak. Now I am starting to feel so much better and I really feel like I'm coming back to life. Practicing my martial arts again too and lifting weights has really made me more centered and balanced. Feeling of control again, healthy and complete. Thank You for this energy, definitely in the eyes!!
Absolutely. Ah I’m so happy to hear that you’re feeling better and more like yourself again. That’s amazing. Yes especially with the intensity of the energies for the past few years it’s very easy to feel weighed down by life, or just feel the pressure. A close family member of mine had vertigo years ago, I know how miserable that is, and I know all about anxiety myself. So glad to hear you’re feeling healthier. Martial arts is phenomenal and I definitely hear you about working out, I’m big on exercise it really helps me in so many ways too. Sometimes when I’m tired though I have to listen to my body and do less. It’s all about balance! Take good care, you deserve it Rob 😊🫶🏽💎

When I get depressed and pressured and feeling messy I got so dissociation. It’s like I’m acting. The real me lost the connection with the world.
Hi Bing, I’m sorry to hear you’re struggling with dissociation. This is something I understand very well, as when I was younger I struggled with symptoms of post traumatic stress for years. It can leave us feeling very disconnected, so much so that at times it is a very frightening and isolating sensation. I deeply empathize with you. I’ll put another session for dissociation and other trauma-related symptoms on my list to do in the upcoming days as this is a topic that is close to my heart. Know that you will overcome this! Dissociation is a topic that’s close to my heart and I really empathize with you; I struggled with this for years before I began my own trauma healing journey. Just know that it does get better.
