Once you have a puppy it shouldnt even matter if its a purebred or whatever the breed it is. Dogs are all the same. They are all loyal to death and love you back unconditionally. I advise you to not bother about the purity of the breed too much. They are only as good as you take care of them.

I just got 1 month Belgian Shepherd Female Dog.
I don't have any idea about her diet and which food brings her good health, so that her height and shape should be perfect.

No not at all. It's normal to have white spots near the paws, it doesn't mean they are not pure.
