No, aamchur, use little amount of Lemon Rus.only after mixing all the flavours with chutney.because if we mix aamchur,or lemon 🍋 at the time of making chatani it will decome dark in this recipe the chatani should be light green which gives u look , mouth watering , something different with other green look chatani So pl put Lemon 🍋 at last at the time of serving the dish. In this pics its prefect light green which is actually required for this Recipe. But still when ever i tryed to make light green it is impossible i still hope there is some hideen behined it .
