Saw her preformance when whe won with Glamourdale the world championship ..so talented and what a different feeling i have watching and listening her speak about her horses than someone who is currently making headlines ...

She states that her main daily goal is to keep Glamourdale going “small”, a smaller quicker tempo ? Does she mean not in extended form or is this to some how an effort to preserve him

I saw somewhere else they said they don't work extended trot (I believe that was the gait) very much. But it could be something entirely different, as you mention

It’s sad you never see them out in the field, you only see them inside in an arena or stall. So sad for the horses in those stables.

If that’s the truth yes that’s sad but they could have different pasture schedules I mean I don’t know the barns private life and how things work but I wouldn’t assume they are always in a stall

Ghe music in the beginning is annoying, too loud and something out of the 80s.

    Blue Tongue rider. Terrible.

I hope she realises (until it’s too late) that horses are not everything in life and absolutely cannot replace a family, children etc. Growing old and not having someone who is there to hold your hand and sharing your dreams and stuff is just a waste of life. Olympic medals and glory will eventually fade but what you leave behind in terms of family, children is what makes life worth living. All the best to her.

Why was this comment necessary and I bet you wouldn't post it on a male dressage rider's video. It is incredibly rude and uncalled for and whether ANYBODY has children or not isn't for you to judge. Plenty are happy without a child and have lots of other family and friends in their lives. Having a child doesn't mean they will be there and sadly, a great many older people are barely visited by their children. Charlotte is only 27 and wants to achieve more in her dressage career right now which is her choice. The other champion dressage rider Charlotte Dujardin has had her sweet baby girl at 38 this March.

Oh yeah, children are there to give you a glass of water when you're old? Nope. Wrong. Time to let go of this soviet-time narrative and actually plan for your old age on your own, including socializing and Hand-Holding.
