Ok let me answer some of your questions. Roku and Apple TV works in Panama, I used Roku here in the USA and my son moved to Panama and I gave him a Roku and it works. A friend of mine has Apple Tv in Panama.

And for that person who asked if Panama is LGBTQ+ friendly. Yes it is. You will not experience Homophobia like we do here in the USA. Panama LGBTQ+ groups are fighting for marriage equality, but that may take a little longer. Maybe with the new incoming President things may change.
