- Asheville N.C. Sierra Nevada Brewery. This is just a small bit of the "Arcadia" jam from the band Goose, where they are really hitting on all cylinders. Unfortunately I didn't realize it was in 720p until after, but did get some other clips in 1080 in another video here. This free show was great and what got me interested in Goose. There were more people behind the grass area so it looks like there are only kids there. Still nothing like they're doing now though...

If I happened to be walking through this area I would've been utterly SHOCKED lol.I likely would not have believed what I was hearing. And would've had a very hard time describing this to my fellow jamband loving friends.

This blows my mind to see how far they have come today! I am a huge fan, and you unknowingly got to see one of the greatest jam bands of all time, in their roots. They now regularly sell out large amphitheaters!. Super jealous!
I know right. And it really bums me out I didn't know who they were when they played this show 30 mins from my house
They just played in front of 25,000 at Sweetwater 420 fest. Would've loved to see them this early.
Given a touch of context, this video can be inspiring and motivational to literally anyone. Not a goose fan, but getting through times like these requires a lot of passion and determination get where they are now. Def werent just mailing it in

How come nobody was really paying attention or up a little closer?
Because it's Sierra Nevada brewery outside of Asheville that's usually populated by vacationing tourists and not fans of any specific band. It sure as hell wouldn't be like today now that everyone knows who Goose is. They sold out Salvage Station just a couple miles down the road this weekend. They couldn't play Sierra Nevada anymore. It would be overrun.
@@Caveman1003 yeah I get this was before they blew up. Were they the house band there lol? I mean even in their infancy I wouldn't expect something like this to be the result. The lack of interest from said breweries patrons that day is puzzling beyond comprehension. Im not a big fan of Goose but I don't mind them at all and if I listened more would probably like it. That said if I was there and had a pint in my hand I wouldn't be able to NOT appreciate this effort with some up close observation and acknowledgment of their ability lol.✌
