Idk if you’re actually wanted to know “why”… but its because most piggy banks only have a slot for to put money in not to take it out thats why the break it and some are designed to be busted open when filled.
I do $5 for my birthday in a wine bottle that way I don't have to spend money on something I am going to smash. Please I can use an apple cider bottle or get my friends who drink to save me a bottle.
