    You look like a Nazi propaganda poster dude. I mean that as a compliment. You look impossibly athletic, good job dude. Any ideas on what I did wrong, I recently got into calisthenics and I just fucking tore a nerve in my shoulder, I can't do any pulling exercises anymore more and lost all sensation in my left arm for over a month. It's been 3 months now while it's slowly healing I still can't pull anything at all.

      I'd recommend you to really understand this two movements: scapulae depression and adduction.
      Then do them before any pull exercises. Also, remember, always to stretch your joints and muscles before start training.

    What do you viewers think of Convict Conditioning step 10 push up? The one armed push up, feet and legs kept tightly together.
    (I can barely do a negative phase with controlled speed )

      Haven't tried them, but I think I do one arm push up video in the future... and try to take them to the next level

    Hey, do you think calisthenics is better for performance in martial arts/fighting than weight lifting?

    • @MOJOverseManny
      @MOJOverseManny 8 лет назад

      what type of martial arts?

    • @boyvip998
      @boyvip998 8 лет назад

      Mostly yes

    • @Vahvafitness
      @Vahvafitness  8 лет назад +2

      Generally yes, because you need to be able to control your body in space. What's actually more important is HOW you use your bodyweight and how you lift the weights. For martial arts you need mobility and that is acquired by using a full range of motion and complex movements.

    When I'm on the pull up bar I struggle to do core movements that involves putting my legs straight out e.g front lever or hold front lever. I feel no pain in my core but I do in the upper part of my legs. Does anyone know why this is ??? (It doesn't have to do with my core because I can still do all the movements with my knees bent! Just as soon as I extend my legs I get a sharp pain in the upper part of my legs)
