Do you have the droopy tit pecs though? I prefer decline and get an amazing pump from it but do just as much incline because I don’t want over developed lower pecs and weak upper pecs. I don’t really flat bench tbh. I know a guy who pretty much only declines but he does a lot of overhead press so he looks pretty balanced

Back is such a huge muscle group that is good to put 100% enegy in workout. Training biceps after back will make either the back workout or bicep workout not 100%. So it is good to split the body to different workouts
Yeah it defo is, but you do need periods where you back off to let your CNS recover. I also think you need to be able to activate your fast twitch fibres to get the full benefit. I think the guys that can only grow using volume have a lack of fast twitch fibres and can’t get enough muscle activation using the high intensity approach

I altered my routine to follow Dorian's advice and I'm absolutely rooted after my training sessions...looking forward to some growth.
I switched over to decline barbell benches a year ago, I am natural and I can finally decline press 315, chest improved dramatically.

Why does he do biceps with chest, delts and triceps? I would think it would go with a back workout since those are pulling exercises.
