Broke the to-be-replaced screen into a million pieces, adhesive was too old and strong. Cool rolling screw driver technique, saved me a ton of time even though the glue was hardened and not as easy as shown in the video.
Great video. I followed the instructions and replaced the display. I tested it and it worked fine. I then glued the display onto the back cover and touchscreen stopped functioning. I removed the display and the touchscreen started working again. I don't understand...

same here. Screen display illuminates but no touch function... It's annoying.
Do you have any spare back plates? My mounting tabs have broken off and I need to replace the back mount.

you used adhesive on this video instead of double sided 2mm tape on the 520 repair video. What is the best approach?
You can use T800 Gravity magic rubber is the best, or you can use tape, I done the video with tape because is more easy, the T800 takes time to dry

Yep. Thats how it works... they supoosedly have the same serial number, but are not compatible...
