    Great stuff!!!
One thing I do on ALL of my intake seal jobs is the addition of Viton seals in lieu of the Buna ones. The viton ones will last forever and won't crack or deteriorate. I can't remember where I last found mine but I'm sure if you Google "Vitin Harley Davidson intake manifold seals" you'd find some. I have NO IDEA why the Mo-Co never installed these from the get go. Probably another way of getting your business. You won't find Viton intake seals from the Mo-Co parts. Damn shame

I haven't heard that word viton in a long time not since I left the chemical industry. It was very prevalent especially for sealing our chemical reactors and use in the research lab..

Howdy. Hillbilly here. I bought my first Harley last month. 97 Road king. The front cylinder smokes a little bit. I have gas in my crank case and my air cleaner is soaked.

Sorry to hear that, does the bike have injectors or a carb? How does the bike run at idle and at road speed and what color is the smoke

@@tinkeringwithharleys it is a 97 road king. Fuel injected. The front cylinder white smokes, a tad.

Hi Hillbilly, as you know it's impossible to diagnose a problem without physically seeing the bike, but I'll try and give you a idea on where to look for the problem.
The white smoke if only on start up could be condensation if you live in a humid area, that would disappear when the bike warms up. It could also be bad valve guides which would also disappear after start up. If it's constant than there are other issues. I would recommend doing a compression test and a bleed down test if that's the case. I thinking you have multiple issues going on. If the smoke were black I would guess the front cylinder is running to rich but that's not the case.
The fuel in the air cleaner and crankcase is a separate issue. You have a number of sensors on the manifold and head which if they fail send the wrong message to the ECM which could cause the problem, or it could be a bad injector. If the bike runs sporadic at road speed it's in all likelihood a bad injector. Hope this helps you. Thanks for watching and ride safe.

Good to hear from Ireland my ancestral Homeland. I do remember you asking me about the oil breathers. I have done a videos on removing and replacing a starter. I have not done one on removing and replacing the oil tank, that will be in the future. We haven't put very many videos up here lately because we run into some issues that I have to deal with but we should have that remedied within a month hopefully. Glad you liked the videos. And thanks for watching and ride safe

You should be able to get them at aftermarket distributor, like J&P, RevZilla, S&S.
